“5 star for the service. The servers were knowledgeable and polite. Liked the ambiance and the white table cloths on the tables, very crisp and clean and gives a formal, polished vibe and good enough for a special Occasion dining. 5 star for the price and the food quality as well as quantity. It met my expectations! Now when it comes to food I think they did a good job. I only ordered vegetarian dishes ( chole bhature, veg Manchurian, butter naan and laccha paratha) and they all were fresh. The chole was delicious and non spicy ( as I asked) for the kids. The veg Manchurian balls were good, however the gravy could have been more flavorful with ginger garlic and seasoning. To me it was more soup Like than what I like. The bhature could be better with natural fermentation than the baking soda one but i think they probably do that to avoid food wastage. Would love to get yoghurt fermented bhature over the baking soda one. Overall I think they do a good job in serving high quality food with fresh ingredients and good taste. I will come back to try non-vegetarian dishes next time and update my review.“
“Visited this place recently when I was on a trip to California. They have a decent ambience but their restrooms were not good. We went there as a family for an evening tiffin and ordered standard south Indian tiffins. Loved their poori and aloo sabzi. All their chutneys were great. The vada was not up to the standard. But in general, it was good food. The service was quick and the staffs were helpful.Dietary restrictions: Vegan and gf options availableParking: Outside the restaurant“
“Friendly staff and good selection of food items. Bottles of water were ready on each table. Server was helpful with menu questions and gave recommendations. Food was good and tasty (aside from the one that was way too spicy)Cons: space looked somewhat unorganized. It took a long time and two reminders for an additional item.Even though it was noted for our food to be “very very mild” it was very spicy that I took it home, soaked it in water and washed the sauce totally off but it was still spicy!Kid-friendliness: Not at all, even mild spicy is way too spicy for kids“
“We ordered vegan pizzas with dietary restrictions a few months back and they were awesome . Asked the chef to customize on phone for deliveryVegetarian options: We ordered vegan ( no onion garlic ) pizza and it was awesomeDietary restrictions: We ordered vegan ( no onion garlic mushroom ) pizza and it was awesome“
“I think this is the best Modern India n restaurant in Santa Clara Sunnyvale.Had Gol gappa, Gunpowder Cauliflower, Lamb Panchphoron Paan cocktail. All of them excellent. The Gunpowder cauliflower was amazing. Lightly spiced. The lamb was really tender. And came with daal jeera rice and halg parathha.“
“Pretty good Maharashtraian food. Loved the sabudana vada and sukha chicken. kandha bhaji, kothimir vadi, vada paav and paneer rajhans r okay. Loved the poori, Piyush wasn't upto my taste. Paratha seems like frozen. Harwa chicken is a hard.pass.Tawa chicken is okay, bharli waangi is meh and so is bajra roti. Kolhapuri chicken is spicy - argh not.for me!Chicken biryani is decent but dry for my taste.“
“Indian Sizzler is a new player to the bustling South Bay Indian food scene. It's solid spot; the place is Buffet style with plenty of options. At first, the choices can feel overwhelming. Take your time and try a little bit of everything. Nothing is overly spicy here, the spice level is very tolerable. I don't have the greatest spicy food tolerance, so the level of spiciness was perfect for me.The food was good , but the service was a bit inconsistent. We had to ask for Garlic Naan 3 times and it took a while to come out. Our water was refilled on a regular basis. Not really sure if we had a dedicated server / waiter as multiple people waited on us.The place is new, so understandably the staff hasn't sorted out all the issues. Hopefully everything will only get better. No issues returning.“
“The lunch and dinner buffet is just awesome! I am writing this review after trying both, that too multiple times. This place never fails to amaze me with its tasty and homely food. We always come here all the way from Hayward, just for food. The menu is 100% vegetarian. They will serve you fresh hot rotis with ghee or without ghee as you prefer (v soft, Just like home). Don’t miss the desert: Shrikhand is a thick creamy and delicious Indian dessert made with strained yogurt, powdered sugar, cardamoms, saffron & nuts. Puran poli was also great! I would highly recommend visiting this place!Vegetarian options: This is a pure vegetarian and vegan restaurantParking: Parking is available alwaysKid-friendliness: V much kid friendly“
“Absolutely outstanding Indian flavorful food. The restaurant is very upscale and the food is so damn good! This was our first time visiting this restaurant and we went to have dinner to celebrate my birthday. James was our server and he was so polite and helpful picking the right dishes for us. We tried tomato basil soup and manchow soup, both were amazing. Paneer takatak is a must have and sham savera is their signature dish so don’t miss out on them. Also, we tried nizami tarkari biryani and we absolutely loved it, it’s an Avadhi type of cuisine and you will be blown away by the flavors. Since they know it was birthday, they also got me a birthday treat. Last, we tried their shahi tukda and it was perfect to end our meal with a sweet dish. We will surely be coming back. I highly recommend you try this place!“
“Great tasting mitahi at this place. The staff and proprietor were extremely friendly and helpful. Helped carry out the purchase to the car. Definitely comping back as a repeat customer!Parking: They have reserved parking spots for their customers.. otherwise it would be a bit difficult“
“The combination of mouthwatering momos, welcoming ambiance, and attentive service made it a standout restaurant. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The chutneys were a perfect complement to the momos. Overall, Momo Hub is a fantastic spot for anyone looking to savor authentic momos.“
“This is my favorite spot for Indian food. My wife loves it too. We've had a la carte and the buffet. My wife first tried it at work- her indian coworkers ordered it for a team lunch. The buffet is really good. There is a wide selection and the food is fresh. They always refill the food promptly. My favorite is the tikka masala. My wife loves the butter chicken. There is also some indian dessert, but we've never tried it.When ordering a la carte, we typically order the lamb curry, orka and onions, and naan. There are two sizes so be sure to clarify which one you want. The price is fairly expensive compared to other places but its worth it. I brought food over to my mom's house for sunday dinner and everyone loved it. There is plenty of seating- booths and tables. The place is fairly clean. The bathroom is super small so make sure you go before coming in- its not the cleanest bathroom.“
“I went to try weekend buffet at this place with my friend today. Pleasantly surprised. Quality of food was great. Lots of option in veg and non veg. Appam and Naan were served to the table. The items were replenished frequently and one doesn't have to wait like in few buffet places. Top notch service with folks coming to your table taking request for breads and clearing plates. Overall excellent experience at a very reasonable price.“
“South Indian dishes are plenty here. All sorts of rotis and appams with different types of curries. Try their crab masala especially during dungeness season, or mutton paya when they have it on the menu. The recent change in location has given them a bigger and more modern space to support the customer base. I come here when I think about Chettinadu cuisine.“
“It's a tiny restaurant serving tasty, real North Indian cuisine. The all-you-can-eat buffet there is really worthwhile. Three vegetarian and three non-vegetarian curries, one daal, one or two appetizers—typically samosas and pakoras—chai, raita, and one type of rice are available. Since our initial visit more than five years ago, the taste has remained the same. They have the most delicious Malai Kofta curry. You must give it a try.The atmosphere is a little awkward and uninteresting. It was unfortunate that you could only purchase the ala carte goods. If not, just give the meal a try here once!“
“The last time I came here was before they remodeled, they had a buffet back then too! The food here is delicious. They offer many different kinds of breads, tandoori options, curries and biryanis. Here is what I tried recently: Nirali lamb (not on the menu, our server told us about it) Chicken keema naan Garlic naan Lamb biryani Chicken leg quarter tandoori Chicken boti kabab My favorite was the nirali lamb and the tandoori leq quarter. Every time I think about it I want to come back! Few notes: - 15% service charge added to all done in orders - Street parking is available - Naan was too charred on the back (might be a one off thing) - check their timings, they are closed on particular days so plan accordingly Lastly...expect to be here for a long time, for us it took about 20 minutes to get our order taken and 45 minutes to get our food. Some parties were getting their orders taken sooner after arrival.“
“We attended the iftar buffet dinner yesterday and found it to be quite crowded due to a booked event. Some mismanagement was noticeable. I recommend calling ahead to check for events before visiting, especially on weekends. However, the food was truly delicious! Every dish was satisfying I really enjoyed their papdi chaat and dal makhani. We would certainly return for another visit.“
“My all time fav Indian place in the Bay Area. I have been going here for over 16 yrs and when I visit now from Portland still the best place for authentic and delicious Indian food. I know choices are many in the area but if u want the best go here! I have never been disappointed. Tonight had Saag Chicken and Tandoori Roti. Yummy in my tummy! Always! ?♥️“

The aroma of freshly prepared spices fills the air, setting the stage for an unforgettable culinary journey. With its unlimited buffet offering, Chennai Tiffins promises a tantalizing array of authentic South Indian delights, each dish expertly crafted to transport diners to the vibrant streets and coastal towns of the region.“
“I find myself coming back here time and time again and introducing all my friends. The service was quick and friendly along with food which was super flavorful and had a level of richness that sets it apart from other Indian restaurants. The food is delicious and the portion size is good. The pricing is super affordable! Most dishes priced under $15.“
