The spot has yummy large dosas. I visited around 10 AM on Sunday and it was pretty crowded.
The dosas are larger than what I have seen in other spots and are pretty tasty too.
They got my order wrong and were pretty prompt with coming in and leaving as soon after taking the order.
It's a pretty busy spot, ideally best for groups of 4. Parking is tight too, you might need to find street parking at peak times--which seems to be 10 AM.

The service was worst. They take the order but you have to remind them. Ghee was poured like a oil not able to eat. They event don't acknowledge the mistakes or open for feedback. When requested for cold beverage the service person points to someone who took the order or least bothered until we remind again the service is getting delayed. Exceptional South Indian breakfast, the food is outstanding and highly recommended. Service was efficient but lacked warmth and friendliness, a bit more genuine hospitality would enhance the experience. Great cuisine, but the staff could smile more.
