Dry steak meat for the #1 pho order. Broth was cold and flavorless, meat was sparse. But the place was open until 10pm and they made sure to provide condiments when asked.
It was 9:20 pm on Monday and Pho Hoa with Jazen Tea on El Camino and Flora Vista Avenue was open until 10 pm. The reviews looked okay, so I thought it was worth a try. I am giving this place 3 stars for being open late and because they made sure to provide condiments like lemon, and hoisin sauce.
