“The staff is friendly and responds tactfully to customers. Taste is okay. The restaurant is clean, so customers like it. Unless a new Chinese restaurant opens in this area, it will likely be exclusive for a long time. It's a shame that the sweet and sour pork doesn't have chewy meat.“
“The star dish: black bean noodles. If a dish has me hooked on every bite, I can literally make space even on a full stomach. This dish was 'it's: savory, 'al dente' noodles. Well made and a simple dish. The Sweet and Sour Pork (Beijing Style). Is what the restaurant is well known for. The big difference with this dish is that there's no red coloring in the sauce. I like how they served the sauce on top of the pork. This prevented the meat from becoming soggy from being drenched in sauce. I was not too impressed with the garlic beef. My guess is that they used some sort of tenderizer, which threw off the texture of the meat. It was okay, but not impressive. I went on a Saturday afternoon, when the restaurant was crowded. Wait time was around 30 minutes. The restaurant is nice and clean.“
“The better Japanese street-food style udon in the area. I've had this in Japan, the noodle and beef tastes very authentic. Broth a bit different, but it's the closest you can get.Noodles are freshly made, the broth tastes refreshing, and the beef is the correct taste. Portion size is perfect and the value/price is great as well. All the sides taste very authentic and good, and value is great too.Much try if you like udon, and there is another great udon place right across it. And it's actually good food In a shopping mall? Say what?“
“I was killing time in Valley Fair and have always heard about Ox 9 Lanzhou Handpulled Noodles and loved they had a location in a mall food-court! I ordered the Lanzhou Handpulled Noodles Soup with the medium round noodles. The noodles and meat both tasted very fresh, and I loved adding the chili oil to the broth. There weren't that many people in line when I went, so my food came out very fast. I wish my area had malls with food courts as good as Valley Fair!“
“Delicious rice noodle with great broth. I was really happy with the beef shank noodle soup. Rice noodles have light chewy texture, broth is flavorful and balanced, not too rich. Plenty of tender meat chunks. I just wish there are more veggies in the soup.“
“I'm not sure if there's an option to reserve here, but everytime I've come there is about a 10-15 minute wait-- I guess a testament to how good the food really is!If you're not super hungry, you might want to consider sharing with a friend, as the portions are quite nice and filling. The ratio of noodle-meat-broth-veggie is done well, something that many ramen restaurants often can't achieve. The charsiu is meat is soft and fatty (but in the good way) and I was actually wishing for more pieces of just that! The interior of the restaurant is nothing super special (which is fine), and you'll likely eat and dash, not somewhere that I'd stay for more time to hang out.“
“(Translated by Google) Overall, everything is okay, especially the tray jjajang and jjambbong are very delicious. The fry kitchen closes at 6:20 PM.(Original)전반적으로 다 괜찮고 특히 쟁반짜장, 짬뽕 아주 맛있습니다. 오후 6:20부터 튀김류 주방 마감입니다.“
“Today we visited our beloved restaurant Din Tai Fung again. Whether in Taiwan or the United States, its consistent high-quality service remains the same. Surprisingly, the American branches have maintained the same standard, and the young service team is courteous and attentive. The food is as delicious as ever, and every time I visit, I look forward to it. It is indeed a place worth returning to again and again. I ate Xiao Long Bao today, and the fried tofu was quite delicious along with the kale and pork ribs and egg fried rice. It's a pity that the food intake is limited, otherwise I should have ordered more.“
