One of the best Tonkotsu ramen I ever eaten
Ima be honest, this was way better then their other locations, some of da best ramen around
first time being here. we did a walk in which was okay, people were already dining but not crowded at all. our server was very nice, clear, and concise. she explained the 15% service fee so you dont need to tip. the free garlic sauce is interesting but i didnt really like it imo. the free spicy sauce is good but i only put a little bit in my ramen (like 1/2 soup spoonful) for a kick because im not big on too much spice. i had the chicken broth ramen and it was really nice, a little...read full review

HiroNori | Craft Ramen offers excellent dishes, including the popular pork Ramen and vegetarian ramen. The menu may be limited, but each item is carefully crafted. Customers often enjoy their tonkotsu ramen, which features a rich and flavorful broth, perfectly chewy noodles, and tender pork chasu. The broth and original thick noodles are highly praised, and free garlic and chili are offered as tasty extras. The restaurant is known for its simple yet amazing ramen, with the tonkotsu variety considered one of the best in the Bay Area.
While the ambiance is casual, with stools instead of chairs, the focus remains on the food, and the staff is friendly and respectful. Customers appreciate the transparency about a 15% service fee, and the place is cashless. Due to its small seating area and limited parking, reservations are recommended, especially during busy times. Many find the ramen rich, creamy, and delicious, making HiroNori a favorite spot for repeat visits.
