“Been to rice junkie multiple times for lunch as well as for dinner. The service is always quick and fast however I do not like the new digital menu that they have especially if you’re on the tables close to the wall.
Their selection of sauces is always very interesting and I’m yet to try them all.
The ambience is somewhere in between a fancy restaurant and a fast casual.
Definitely get their corn and cheese combination either with the chicken or with the pork. Lunch for two with a drink and appetizer was $30 per person.
Parking: Massive parking lot with plenty of spots“

“I got the house ramen and it was fantastic. Just the right spice. I got there about 20 mins before closing for afternoon lunch time. Service was friendly and fast and though I finished a few minutes after they closed they did not make me feel rushed. Thank you for such a great meal!“

“When you see a restaurant where the majority of patrons belong to the same ethnic group as the cuisine, it often indicates that the food is going to be good. I liked the vegan ramen, I had a few minor gripes with it, the highest was that there was plain cubed tofu in it. However, the broth and noodles were excellent. The vegan gyoza was spectacular and had some sort of wheat gluten filling. Finally, I liked their garlic and spice options, where you could tune your ramen to what your tastes are.“
“Authentic Japanese items with a few twists. Good, efficient, cheerful service without the chatter. Loved the Okonomiyaki style Fries. And the Salmon Ikura rice bowl was so good I wish I had a bigger stomach Next time I want to try their homemade Roasted Tea flavor ice cream!“

“Stopped in for a bowl and was pleasantly surprised. Good portion and great taste. The karaage was so juicy with a great fried chicken taste. Some of the best I’ve had in a while. I’ve been looking for good ramen in the bay and will definitely be back. Quick friendly service with a reasonable price :)“

“Awesome place for ramen--the whole family loves it! Tonkatsu broth is yummy with great char shu, thick chewy noodles, perfectly cooked ajitama egg and crispy seaweed. They have a great chili sauce on the side that reminds me of SE Asian chili (almost like a sambal) and another garlic sauce on the side--these add depth and flavor for those that like spicy ramen.
If you don't like ramen but go with friends/family that are, their other dishes are great too. The pork bowl and chicken bowl are tasty (esp with the chili, ask for it) as well as the green salad (which I love!) though I understand most people don't go to ramen places for the salad ?
Service is friendly and wonderful at this location, and the fruit medley infused water is nice touch. 5 stars! ☺️
Kid-friendliness: Kids love the food here!“

“This is our go to place for ramen whenever I am in the area. We always get our fixed orders. Pork cutlet curry, edamame and tantan ramen. Sometimes there is wait time due to rush. But once you have the table service is fairly quick.
They don’t have parking reserved for restaurant as such but you will find free parking nearby for 2 hours. But during rush hour it’s difficult to find parking since most lots around the area are full.
Ambience is good too.“

“Warning: Low Sodium Option is ava. But with all the side condiments together still causes the entire ramen bowl To be overly Salty. Ruined the flavor.“

“The menma was dressed with fried garlic and chili oil and went very well with beer. I ordered the Creamy Ramen (vegi) as a novelty, and it was very delicious with the flavor of the soy milk and dashi stock. The fried kale was flavorful and had no bitterness.“

“Tiny place tucked into a strip mall. The ramen was pretty good, flavor-wise, but I'd stay away from the "spicy" option as it was too spicy for 3/4 of our group.
The roasted garlic was pretty potent.
The soft-boiled egg was a little overdone (IMO) and was served cold.“

“Delicious, adorable cheesy goodness! There are little kiosks if you want to order from a screen (very convenient, no waiting in line). However, both times I made customizations to get the cheesy bacon fries without bacon (I'm vegetarian) on the screen, they still put bacon on. I had to get a new cheesy fries dish which was fine, but they forgot about it so 20 min later I asked if they had my new baconless fries and they scrambled to make it. They were very nice and accommodating. The wait was a little inconvenient.“

“One of my favorite marketplaces in San Jose. The classic Tonkotsu ramen is what I order most times. The bowl of noodles comes out quick. It can certainly get crowded at peak times so be prepared to wait in line. The market itself has a ton of unique things including Japanese confections that aren’t readily available in the US.“

“Was expecting a long wait during weekday lunch but maybe I went on a good day! No wait.
Started with gyoza which were very yummy, and I recommend them. Then tonkatsu broth ramen. Love that it comes with the egg and you don’t need to order separately. I feel the soup could have been just a little hotter but it certainly tasted good.
Service was good; they checked up on us and gave water refill.
Quite enjoyed it and will be back.“

“I came here to treat my brother for lunch for fixing our mom’s door lock, and I had a craving for sushi. The sushi at Mimi’s Kitchen was very tasty and the chef laid out our entire order very decoratively on a cute black stone platter, I give them a “10” for artistry! The miso soup was tasty as well. The menu is only Prices were decent; I’ve eaten at places where the sushi rolls were much higher in price. Try out this place, it doesn’t disappoint. The outdoor mall has a very large CVS, you get off of Snell from Blossom Hill Road, and drive into the mall. The restaurant is not visible off the street, it’s next to a hair salon in an inside corner, but keep looking for the restaurant, and you’ll find it. I plan to come back to check out the other dishes that are served in the stone pots on another visit!
Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space to wheel around in a wheelchair.“

“A decent restaurant that opens late! A great place to get quality food.
The crab roe Xiao long bao is so creamy! The juice is solid. It's expensive, but it's really worth it! I would skip the pork buns. They are so so.
Nice atmosphere, clean tables!“

“Can't believe this was hidden in a market. Love this place. Thick pork slices on the miso ramen. I'm more salty on my soup base but that's just my preference.
Staff is welcoming.
Try the milkshakes they're refreshing! I really liked the strawberry flavor and everyone else on my crew.“

“We were initially thrilled about the variety of ramen options, but our excitement turned into disappointment when we realized that all ramen choices featured pork broth. Unfortunately, there were no pure vegetarian, vegan, or chicken alternatives. As a result, we opted for bento box selections, specifically the Chicken Karaage Curry and BBQ Chicken. Arriving around 9 pm on a weekday, we found that noodles were already unavailable, so we had to settle for rice only. Despite this, we enjoyed the well-presented and flavorful BBQ Chicken more than the Karaage Chicken, although the curry portion wasn't sufficient for all four chicken pieces. Overall, it was a satisfying meal, but we wished for more diverse options, especially in the ramen selection.“

“You need a phone to scan the QR code containing the menu, I think next time, I'll just ask for a normal menu. The place also has a bar, and I think the bartender is also the waiter, so I had to wait for a while. The food was great, and I do not recommend tea, order some soda or alcohol.
So in conclusion: The food is good and the service is meh.“
