The restaurant serves a range of udon dishes, including the signature Spicy Uzumakiya Udon, which is rich in flavor. The noodles are a hybrid of traditional udon and somen, with a stringy texture. The menu features various styles of udon, such as the Utsuke Udon Tsukemen, where the noodles and broth are served separately. The tempura udon is also a popular choice, known for its filling and tasty broth. The karaage, or Japanese fried chicken, has been described as delicious. Dashi Potato Fries are another favorite, served fresh and crispy with bonito flakes. This has been our favorite udon spot for a while now. The only other spot we would consider competition is Udon Mugizo but we love this place a lot more. I'm glad they brought their oxtail udon back.

This place is one of the most underrated restaurants ever in the bay. The udon noodles are a little pricey and the menu doesn't have much variety but the food is one of a kind. Their udon is the best I've had anywhere in the city and is on the same level as those restaurants in Japan.
