“Best ramen EVER ❤️ The tonkotsu is my all time favorite hands down!“

“This place is one of the most underrated restaurants ever in the bay. The udon noodles are a little pricey and the menu doesn't have much variety but the food is one of a kind. Their udon is the best I've had anywhere in the city and is on the same level as those restaurants in Japan.“

“This ramen shop is my proud spot to take visiting friends in Palo Alto. It is hard to find good Asian food in Palo Alto with reasonable price. However, Ramen Nagi is so good that it is worth the bucks. I have tried all flavors and it is all delicious, including Veggie Ramen. Prepared to be full after slurping all the ramen! The line is very long so the trick is to get there before the shop opens. 15 minutes early should be good enough.
UPDATE 2026/6: Still very popular with a long line! I still finish the ramen to the very last drop :) The chicken karaage is also good but I am surprised that the boys don't like it that much. Anyway, just ramen itself is enough to check this place out.“

“I got the normal broth, medium spicy, and it was very flavorful, not too spicy. Only thing is the beef shrinks a lot in size after it’s cooked so keep that in mind when filling your bowl. It’s a bit pricy, I paid about $30 for my bowl, however it was a large portion“

“The server went above and beyond to help my daughter with her order. She was a bit hangry and overwhelmed by the options, so our server took a little extra time to offer a helpful solution that worked great for us. The food was also delicious. The broth of the vegetarian was one of the best I have had and really liked the Brussels sprouts, which was a new ingredient for me.“

“I love the omelet rice and siu-mai :) The space inside isn't huge but I think that adds to the homey vibes 🤗 I think all portions are generous - enough to take home leftovers. She even takes it to the back and puts them in boxes for you which I appreciate. I always leave very full and happy haha, and it's nice to see the owners' kind faces every time I come back!“

“My friend likes the dry ramen for $20, so we go here to meet up. Got the $8 cod roe over rice, melon drink with ice cream $8, and the dry ramen. We went to the other Marufuku location in Campbell and they don’t have the dry ramen so was sad about that. The dry ramen has thick udon like noodles which I like. The ramen has thin noodles, too thin for my liking. Sorry, only remembered to take photos of the melon drink and rice. Good location, you can also go to Trader Joe’s, hang out in some lounge chairs, etc.
Parking around 1110am was empty but when I left at 1230pm, people were waiting to find parking, so as usual, get here before lunchtime 12pm“

“Warning: Low Sodium Option is ava. But with all the side condiments together still causes the entire ramen bowl To be overly Salty. Ruined the flavor.“

“We had the spicy garlic toripaitan and vegan miso ramen and both were amazing. The miso ramen needed hot chilli as it was a little mild but was awesome! The spicy garlic one had good portions of chicken, pork and noodles more than I've seen anywhere else!“

“Good enough size for lunch (at least, for me). Soup is tasty and noodles are served just in a right manner. (I like a bit stiff one).“

“I was in the area for a nearby arts & crafts fair and stopped by this location to grab lunch with my sister! The house ramen is quite pleasant… a light dashi broth but the noodles were bouncy/chewy! Plus the chashu pork was delicious and the portions were generous. Prices weren’t too outrageous either. My sister got the chicken karaage bowl and it even came with a mini ramen bowl. I will definitely be back if I’m ever in the area again.“

“What a hidden gem! The snowflake potstickers are so crispy and juicy, best enjoyed in the restaurant! My son gets so excited to go here before his baseball practice. My daughter loves their soup dumplings, and the fried rice is our family favorite. Staff is always kind.“

“If you are the one who is not comfortable eating with chopsticks then this restaurant is not for you. They gave me plastic fork to eat that hot hot ramen. so if you wanna then take your own fork 🙏🏻I would request restaurant to keep good quality forks not plastics ones“

“Nice place to eat, I only give the food 4 stars because the little differences in their rolls compares to others I've had with the same name just wasn't really for me. I ate them and enjoyed them as best I could and had no issues with them just not the best I've tried of rolls with that name.“

“The sushi here is seriously good - fresh ingredients, creative rolls you won’t find anywhere else. The Fuji Roll? Absolutely delicious. Prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly, even if the vibe inside feels a bit cramped and could use a deeper clean. It’s a small spot, so I’d recommend takeout or delivery over dining in. For the quality of food though, it’s worth it.“

“Best ramen place in the southern bay so far! Quick queue at the entrance, kind service, and the food is just amazing. The atmosphere reminds of the streets of Japan with a slight more upscale vibe. The private nooks are amazing for a nice date. I strongly suggest to try their custom beverages.“

“The quality has changed since the beginning. Still good but felt like it was lacking something when I’ve tried it in the past. I’m not sure what it is exactly. Use to love coming here since you can shop at the same time and get ice cream.“

“Excellent spicy miso broth, not too spicy, but enough to warm you up by the end of the bowl. There are a lot of options including half noodles.“

“I recently visited a ramen restaurant, and here are my impressions.
First of all, the atmosphere was very cozy and casual, creating the perfect setting for enjoying the food. The menu offered a variety of ramen options, and I chose the classic chicken ramen.
When my dish arrived, I was impressed by its size. The noodles were average in taste, but that's an acquired taste. The only downsides were the water glasses and the toilet, which weren't very clean. I wouldn't come back.“
