“I got the normal broth, medium spicy, and it was very flavorful, not too spicy. Only thing is the beef shrinks a lot in size after it’s cooked so keep that in mind when filling your bowl. It’s a bit pricy, I paid about $30 for my bowl, however it was a large portion“

They even have toothbrushes in the bathrooms so you can brush your teeth after your meal. They even have DJ lights. Super friendly personnel. Next time I got to try the beers.“

“We had the spicy garlic toripaitan and vegan miso ramen and both were amazing. The miso ramen needed hot chilli as it was a little mild but was awesome! The spicy garlic one had good portions of chicken, pork and noodles more than I've seen anywhere else!“

“Late night ramen in a city that closes down at 9:00 was delightful. This place was open until 11:45 pm much needed sustenance after a long day of moving into a new place. We wanted something other than a burger or tacos. Had the house Ramen $17.00 and it was delicious.“

“I went in for lunch at 12 on Tuesday. It was just me and there was no wait. The ramen was pretty decent. It wasn't the best I've ever had, but better than average. I've tried most of the top spots in the bay area (Ramen Dojo, Ramen Parlor, Ramen Nagi, Marufuku, HiroNori etc.). I had the Tonkatsu Ramen, with Kale noodles, and Spicy Sauce on the side. Overall it was a solid ramen and I could see myself going back in the future since I work nearby. Prices are standard, and service was good. You order at your table with a tablet. Like others have said, its a small place so probably not a good idea to go with a large group.“

“Nice place to eat, I only give the food 4 stars because the little differences in their rolls compares to others I've had with the same name just wasn't really for me. I ate them and enjoyed them as best I could and had no issues with them just not the best I've tried of rolls with that name.“

“I came to Yugen Ramen in Mountain View on a Thursday evening and got the tantan ramen.

The tantan ramen was probably the best ramen I've ever had. The broth was very flavorful, and the spice level stood out the most. The toppings were good, the noodles were cooked well, and the chicken tasted really nice too. The portion was very good for the price, which made it incredibly satisfying.

It was pretty crowded, but we were seated right away. The guy who took our order was very friendly. The atmosphere was cozy and casual, and not too noisy.“

Tucked inside State Street Market, the setup is upscale food hall style: order at the counter, pick up your tray, and bus your table when finished. The space has ample seating that works well for groups, and they do a fun job decorating for holidays (the ambient lighting and funky pumpkin setup for Halloween was a great touch). Convenient parking in the plaza lot out back makes it an easy stop. Highly recommended!“

“One of the first dates I had with my wife was here at Yoshi Sushi, and since then, it has become one of our favorite places.

I’ve eaten here many times over the years, and one thing that always makes me happy is the consistency. The food is always fresh, well prepared, and delicious. You can come back again and again and know you’re going to have a great experience.

Everyone who works here, from the owners and managers to the kitchen staff and the sushi bar team, is extremely friendly, organized, and professional. The sushi bar is always clean, and you can tell the team really takes pride in what they do. The prices are also very reasonable for the quality of the food.

Annie, one of the lunch servers, is always friendly, happy, and very organized. She always makes the experience even better.

Yoshi Sushi has become a special place for my wife and me, and we always look forward to coming back. Great food, great people, and consistently great experiences. Highly recommended!“

“After Baylands Park, we were interested in finding a place for lunch. My wife has been here for work lunch before transitioning to fully remote years ago. My wife recognized the waitress/owner so she already knows the food here is good. Instead of the usual ramen (which are delicious by the way), we opted for the pork combo rice and beef noodle dishes. My autistic son loved it and I'm happy he went out of his comfort zone to try new things.“
