This is THE Ramen spot in the bay area. The quality of the ingredients and the superb broth are worth at least one visit. Both meat and vegan options are equally amazing. Defined go for the black garlic add on - stunning. The atmosphere can become a little loud as plenty of folks want to grab a delicious bowl. Tip is already included in the bill and tab water is usually enriched by watermelon - yummy.
Yum noodles. I love the texture and I love how the broth is rich but not heavy.Get the garlic on the side to try out with your soup. (Garlic is super fresh & creamy! I would be willing to just eat it on its own!!) The spice is also good, but it was not the flavor profile I was expecting.
