This is my favorite Chinese restaurant, just discovered within the last few months. My extended family always goes out for Chinese food (we are Chinese) when we get together so we've been to many restaurants in Santa Clara County. Everyone in our big group thought it was very good.
The food is Always on point ! But, the service is crap �� and prices are bit high. I eat for 3-4 people depending how I’m feeling, waitress always has smart remarks about amount of food I order. The least she could do is write down my order and remember to bring it out All at same time, not 5 minutes before I’m ready to leave..
Note: Skip the Soup..they need help with flavor of Hot & Sour Soup. Spicy � & Burnt is no good !!
For those who like the numbing effect (if you had that in the Chinese cuisine before), you must try the fried fish! (coke goes pretty well)
had the kung pao shrimps and it was job well done:)

Based on the reviews, Apple Green Bistro is a restaurant located in Cupertino Village. Parking is plentiful but spots can be difficult to find during peak hours. The ambiance is average and loud, but the restaurant has lots of space for families and groups. The food came out quick, and the service is quick and solid. The staff knew the menu well and were good with refills.
The food is good and amazing overall. The chili oil in Cold Noodles and Chicken is very spicy. The Szechuan Style Boiled Fish Fillet is very tasty and spicy. The sauteed eggplants were so yummy. The Sweet and Sour Fried Pork is not very authentic, but tastes okay, though it was too deep fried so a little bit too dry. The portion of most dishes is big. However, some reviewers noted that none of the dishes were especially outstanding, and some lacked flavors or were too dry. The restaurant is full of spicy and crispy dishes. The price is nice, and there might be an extra for paying in cash.
