Oishi - Delicious
Good ramen and such sweet lady who served us!!
I love the omelet rice and siu-mai :) The space inside isn't huge but I think that adds to the homey vibes 🤗 I think all portions are generous - enough to take home leftovers. She even takes it to the back and puts them in boxes for you which I appreciate. I always leave very full and happy haha, and it's nice to see the owners' kind faces every time I come back!

Men-Bei Ramen is a cozy restaurant that offers a variety of ramen options, including vegetarian and vegan choices. The restaurant is known for its delicious soup bases, such as Shio and Shoyu. In addition to ramen, they serve other Japanese dishes like Donburi, gyoza, fried chicken, and fried rice. The servings are generous, and the prices are reasonable, though some customers feel they can be a tad high. The service is friendly, and the restaurant has a comfortable atmosphere with around 10 tables. It feels like a locally owned spot, making it a great choice before events like a San Jose Earthquakes soccer game. While it can get crowded during the week, parking is ample and easy to find. Overall, it’s an excellent place for ramen lovers, and many customers recommend trying the gyoza and Hiyashi Chuka, especially during the summer.
