This industrial place is a hidden gem tucked on a street along side the backside of Mineta San joseAirport, close to the Santa Clara/San Jose Costco area Came in looking for Spanish chorizo. It has been a number of years since I have had any Neto sausage. A lot of the problems are that the stories in our area only have other brands of Portuguese Sausage, and the factory that produces different Neto products is a distance to travel at my age (82). They offer shipping of the different items ,but I don't trust the mail service. We recently ordered a shipment online. The minimum order was rather large but there's plenty to choose from so it was easy and it came fresh and refrigerated. Most of it can be frozen and it was all delicious after defrosting. We tried the sausage, ravioli and some sauces. The Gigli was a hit with the kids who are fussy eaters. The Linguica that I'd heard about previously is also superb. We cooked it in soups and stir fry dishes as well as on its own. Will definitely order again...read full review
