“Amazing ox tail udon. Very tender. I added a poached egg to it. Broth clean and not salty. We also had chicken karaage and fried whole squid, which was also tender and flavorful. If you are into udon, this is the place to get something that is different from the others. This place gets busy so it's a good idea to get there at opening.“
“Terrific Japanese cuisine in an unassuming location. The sashimi is great, but my party found ourselves more impressed by some other dishes: grilled chicken and the eggplant curry were surprise hits. Explore the menu and be delighted — with flavor!Wheelchair accessibility: It's a little tight inside but zero steps at the door.“
“We love this place! Love the customization, the speed of service and the cheesy fries! If you like hot plate asian food , fried rice, and tons of sauces, then this is a top spot in cupertino. I've done few bday dinners and everyone loves the concept.“
“Went out with my cousin and my husband to this awesome hot pot restaurant.Great selections for broth (my favorite in the Garlic Miso), and several types of protein to choose from in regular or large sizes. Preferably regular as they give a good portion.Vegetables are automatically given along with your choice of rice, mixed rice, or noodles. Also has starters like Edamame, takoyaki, etc to name a few.Overall, really enjoyed the experience, would love to come here again!“
“Niki-niku, cook meat and shrimp at each table. Fresh and tasty. A few choices already cooked. Some salad and several veggie items. Large choice, various cuts of meat from which to choose. Small plates so fun to taste various dishes. The chicken wings are crisp and delicious. Cold air helps to mediate the heat of the grill. Glad I had a jacket. Service helpful and there when you need them.“
“Hidden Japanese gem in Cupertino! Small, quiet, authentic sushi restaurant. I followed the enticing aroma of the wood burning barbecue and discovered Sushi Kuni. I had their two item combo with beef teriyaki and sashimi, which included three generous pieces each of white tuna and Maguro tuna on a bed of finely shredded radish with a nice dollop of wasabi. The tunas were both melt in mouth tender with only the slightest touch of fishiness. Very pleased with how fresh the Sashimi is. The succulent and tender beef teriyaki was served on a bed of mung bean sprouts, which was a delight in itself. And I couldn't help ordering a side of Yakitori chicken, which looks absolutely as moist as it tastes! I am so glad that I found Sushi Kuni. I can not adequately describe how absolutely delicious it is and how pleased I am with this first meal!“
“We came for dinner on a Saturday and were seated right away, nice service. We got a lion king roll and the sashimi medium (20 pcs of sashimi). Both were delicious, and the sashimi was fresh and great quality. We especially enjoyed the salmon sashimi. Total bill was about $70 before tip, and I’d say for the quality it was definitely worth it. Less expensive than some of the lower quality sushi I’ve had in the Bay Area. We will be back again!“
“So sad that we order from tablet these days and no communication between humans cab occure, but it is what it is, today i dined in, in a great restaurant, super clean and absleoutely fresh and tasty food.Parking: I dined in when it was slow during the week, so no problem for me.“
“gochi delivers on all marks - from the cozy japanese table interior, to the friendly service, to the tasty food. this seemingly gimmicky tapas restaurant serves hits all around. the menu is a little overwhelming which is usually a bad sign but all the recommended dishes were great. make sure to book a reservation through yelp. overall, would come back and great with a group to share.hamachi carpaccio: fresh fish, great acidity. would recommendgyuhire grill (beef tenderloin): so flavorful and rich. would recommendyuzu ceviche: another great starter with tasty ceviche. loved the fried chips and yuzu flavorokonomiyaki style pizza: unique pizza dish also pretty good but a little forgettableunagi menshi: must get!! amazing textures from the crispy rice on its own to the soft and warm rice when broth was added. also well seasoned and good unagi portion.“
“I searched something to eat on google and i founded this place. The food was amazing . Mariles gave me excellent service as soon as I entered the store, Mariam prepared the food for me and it was really delicious. Thanks for both for a great experience.“
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Kikusushi, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Don't hesitate to get it by its outside; it's an old building, but the ambiance was lovely. Even though we were the only customer dine-in, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The menu had a great variety of sushi rolls, each one more delicious than the last. I ordered their party tray, which had 28 pieces of nigiri. The sushi was fresh, and the rice had a great texture and seasoning. Highly recommend this sushi restaurant.“
“I love this place. Close to work and quick service. I get a basic beef bowl and it hits the spot every time. The owners are great and very considerate. The first time I ordered there were no chopsticks in the bag. After that there were chopsticks ready to go every time I ordered, so this business gets to know your preferences and makes an effort to please customers on every visit. I highly recommend you try it out!“
“Tiny spot, not much seating, but the food was very special. I had an original Koja, Korean short rib meat in a crispy rice “bun”. So very tasty, although the meat was a bit tough. My daughter had the ahi tuna salad, she enjoyed it, lots of good things in there. My wife had a wonder pork taco. We shared an order of Korean chicken wings, great flavor but a bit dry. I wish they had a restaurant near where I lived, I would definitely eat here more often! Lots of free parking in the parking garage.“
“My #1 go to for quality, service and price! I’ve never had a bad experience here and I’ve gone maybe at least once a month for the last couple years - just a huge fan of their consistency and menu options! I always get the 49er and Philadelphia or Alaska basic rolls, occasionally bentos!“
“Please open more yoshinoya near me! The taste is exactly the same as what I had in japan and man is this beef bowl delicious. What I have been doing to avoid driving is to buy 4 combo xl and refrigerate them so I can have yoshinoya for the coming week. It's not optimal but it will do for “
“Udon was delicious, beef was cooked well, sauces were yummyKid-friendliness: The setup is a little difficult for kids. It's kind of intended for one tray per person and fitting multiple bowls on a tray is a little hard, but they have plenty of high chairs and space to use them, so overall it's good.“
