Yoshinoya is a fast food restaurant offering healthy, great tasting, and satisfying meals. It is not cheap but moderately priced, with pretty solid pricing for decent, generous portions. The food is always good, with the beef bowl always on point, featuring tender meat, flavorful onions, and that signature sauce over steamed rice. The gyudon beef is excellent, and some ask for extra soy sauce or extra ginger and green onions to add more flavor. It is a nice little teriyaki style restaurant.
The service is fast and friendly, with great service from the staff, with a smile. The environment inside is fairly clean. It can get a bit crowded, making it hard to find a seat sometimes. They open early at 10 AM. Using the app provides great deals and specials, making eating here affordable.
While the menu differs from Yoshinoya Japan, it offers more vegetables. The clam chowder receives mixed reviews. Overall, it is a go-to spot for something quick, tasty, and solid, with unwavering quality and resilience as its only location outside of southern California.
