Overall, I really enjoyed the tsukemen and it definitely satisfied my craving. The pork was tender with the perfect amount of fattiness, and I especially loved the bamboo shoots.
There are two things I think could make the tsukemen a solid 5/5. First, the dipping broth could be thicker and more concentrated. I enjoyed this so much will be back again!!
The signature ramen has great portion with a very good price. The broth also tastes great. Highly recommended.
