“We got the tonkatsu ramen and chicken katsu curry. Both were very good. The flavor of the broth was really good and the strength of the broth was moderate. The pork was cooked well. The curry had just the right amount of spice and richness.“
“Favorites: fish dumplings, hot and sour soup, tomato and egg noodle, braided tofuCrowded so plan ahead if party bigger than 4, I’ve only been with 2-4 peopleVegetarian options: Decent amount of good options if you’re pescatarian or vegetarian“
“I received the hot chicken bowl, with scrumptiousness, well worth it, they no longer have the green or red curry sauces but the food is good with a healthier twist.Parking: Just limited spaces to high traffic times might find parking challenging.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes this establishment is wheelchair accessible.“
“So glad my friend found this place on Google map. It is now one of my top pho to-gos for sure. Food is absolutely amazing. We ordered one porridge, 2 different pho & one egg noodle dish and had to share them bc all of them taste so good. The owner who runs this place is so nice and fun to talk to. Highly recommended!“
“will probably become my go to hand pulled noodle spot in fremont. got to try the minced pork, braised pork belly, and chili oil noodles. chili oil with wide noods was my favorite by far but they were all delicious (and it might be worth it to get an extra order of noodles since they're super generous with the sauce). pig ear and seaweed salad were also both solid!“
“The service from the waitress is great. She loves the hot and sour flavor. Now I want to eat it every day, but it’s a bit far away, so I go there every week. My son also likes it very much. I usually add powder for him to eat, and he is very special. I like sausages and beef. I also like beef. My husband likes their radishes. All in all they are delicious. I hope there will be another restaurant nearby.“
“I love fat rice rolls very much.My cousin’s soup is rich, pink and tender, and the pork intestines are super tasty! Also ordered a big bowl of noodles (pork trotters + fatty intestines)The pig's feet melt in your mouth! ! Also a must-tryNext time I want to try the red oil hand ❤️in additionThe clerk is very kind! ! !“
“The best Szechuan food in the East Bay! Must try LaZiJi(spicy chicken), the most valuable portion, tastiest, most tender inside and crispy outside lovely bites of chicken ever. The chef is a culinary master from China. The owners are super friendly, always make you feel welcome, definitely a hidden gem in Hayward, where good food is scarce.“
“Cocurry was here forever, but even the last time we came, it wasn't the same. Kong Sarang, on the other hand was hopping! The place quickly filled up after we arrived. That always happens to us. We ordered the seafood pancake and the combo of pork belly and tofu soup. They quickly served us with 8 varieties of banchan. I was a tad disappointed that we didn't get asked like the tables around us if we wanted any refills on the banchan. I felt like once we ordered and our food came out, we turned into red-headed step-children, and they forgot about Dre. The food was good. Comparable to Tofu House in Newark. The seafood pancake was hefty. She's a big girl. One could get full just off of that. We probably would return if in the mood for Korean food.“
“This place is a solid five stars for the really delicious noodles and wontons in chili oil. You get nice touches as well, like lemon in the water. Order online and pay online with a QR code and the food appears pretty fast. I'm definitely coming back if I want spicy Chongqing style noodles“
“I particularly like this autumn and winter limited edition pickled vegetable and beef rice noodles.I think the spiciness of the beef brisket stewed in spicy soup is slightly spicy, but it is very thoughtful to be able to adjust the spiciness when eating the beef and noodles separately!!The beef brisket is juicy, tender and especially sweet when cooked in stock.“
“Cosy little place with really good food and the owners are super nice! Can tell that some of the customers are regulars and seem to have become friends with the owners. The claypot wonton soup and pan fried buns are super good, and the scallion oil noodles!“
“I wanted to go to this place based on the design and food. The food and service is great, but the problem is how the inside of the restaurant. It feels bland inside due to the choice of colors and there are hardly any decorations. It also feels hot inside too, but it’s probably because of the hot weather outside. There are rarely seatings here due to the size of the place. I really like the Pho, however. I wouldn’t really wanna dine here due to atmosphere. Maybe next time, I’ll just do a takeout.“
“Bing's Dumplings has very authentic pork soup dumplings and "spicy and sour noodle soup with minced pork and potatoes". Bing's pork soup dumpling is at lease same or even better than Shanghai's famous "NanXiang" pork soup dumpling. The spicy and sour noodle soup is originated from China's ShanXi province, I had lived in it's capital Xi'an for a few years and had my first "spicy and sour noodle soup with minced pork and potatoes" there. The potsticker is also yammy. We always comes back to Bing's for the nostalgic food:-)“
“My First time trying Pho and I have to say great for a rainy day!My baby and I got chicken soup and some garlic noodles... ??And my mommy got the steak.Customer service was on point .Will return ?Parking: Because there are so many great shops here, parking can be a bit crazy sometimesKid-friendliness: Children friendly options available“
“Good pho. Great customer service with a smile ☺️?. Easy to park and find. Fast and Fresh.Vegetarian options: Good selectionParking: Easy in and out with a big vanKid-friendliness: Very kid friendlyWheelchair accessibility: Very accurate“
“Recently, I had the pleasure of taking my son out for a special date night at Special Noodle in Newark, and it was truly a delightful experience. The food was simply delicious, earning it a solid 4.5 stars in my book. While the chow fun wasn't the best I've had, and the soup dumplings were just average, the chili wontons definitely hit the spot. However, the star of the show was undeniably the numbing beef soup. It was bursting with flavor and truly a must-try, although be prepared for a slight numbing sensation in your tongue and throat. Despite this, it remains one of my favorite soups. In addition to the fantastic food, the service was top-notch. The staff was quick, responsive, and very accommodating, despite the language barrier with some servers. Their warmth and friendliness added to the overall pleasant dining experience.I also appreciated the unique decor and ambiance of the restaurant, particularly the lavish lights adorning the overhead ceiling. It added a special touch to the dining atmosphere.Overall, Special Noodle offers a memorable dining experience with its delicious food, excellent service, and charming ambiance. I highly recommend giving it a try.“
“Their porridges are thick, hot and satisfying. Their rice rolls are also delicious along with the dim sum. Ordering through their QR code was much easier and less pressure for me plus it had plenty of pictures and good descriptions of each item. I appreciate that they always provide extra bowls and spoons for sharing. Unisex restroom available but be prepared to wait during weekends.“
“It’s a nice clean place, with great Pho. The quality of Pho soup was great as well as the quality. We ordered Pho with Pork wonton, chicken and shrimp. Although I liked the soup, what disappointed me was the broken wantons, all of them had the meat out of the wonton. We also ordered a side of grilled pork, which was also a disappointment. My suggestion if you are visiting here is to stick to Pho and order their typical dishes. The soup quantity and quality along with the noddle and meat would not disappoint you.I would rather not experiment here. But overall a good experience.I would want to go here again“
“First time here with my friend for pho and it was good, my friend and I enjoyed the pho that we ordered! They offer a good amount of food in the menu and even seafood boil! Their service is pretty quick with seating and serving the food. Ambiance is family friendly and their parking lot offers plenty of spots.“
“I've been wanting to try this new place because it kept popping up on yelp. We went for lunch over the weekend, so there was no wait. The inside is brightly lit and clean, but there weren't too many tables. We ordered through our phones and received our food quickly. We got the original beef pork bone soup and the tomato beef brisket soup. It was a fun experience putting everything into the soup and cooking it, it was like a personal hotpot. The meat was very good and the soup came with tons of noodles. The other toppings were good, but I wasn't a fan of the romain lettuce that it came with. I thought it was going to come with cabbage, but it was lettuce. I personally don't like hot and soggy romaine lettuce, so I was disappointed when that was the main vegetable. On the bright side, both soups were tasty! I enjoyed trying this place, but I don't think I would come back.“
“Noodles cooked perfectly. Choose from 6 different widths. Pig Ear and Tofu w/preserved egg recommended. Slight Sichuan on the pig ear but not overpowering. Flat noodles with ground pork were a nice non-spicy option for kids. Also ordered the intestine noodle soup, which was delightful. Def coming back here again.“
“This is an absolutely fantastic Chinese restaurant. It changed hands a good few years back and they completely revamped the place, food included. The service here is excellent, the menu is better than average, and the food is also better than average. If you are looking for a Chinese restaurant with a bit more class and more refined food, this is the place to go.“
“Been going here since I was 17 years old. Watched the kids that help out grow through out the years. Everything in there including the decors has been the same. It’s like a Time Machine. Loved the beef fried rice and the garlic fried chicken.“
“We ordered the Hand-pulled Laghman which was very good! Noodles were fresh, veggies and meat were tender, and the sauce was very flavorful. As an appetizer, we ordered the Gosh Naan, which was a pleasant surprise. There was less meat in it than expected, but the meat was very juicy. In terms of service, it was a little bit slower than some other places. However, definitely still recommend stopping by, food was delicious!“
“Craving for Korean food Tofu Dumpling Stew: Comforting, flavorful, satisfying Fried Chicken Original: Crispy, juicy, flavorful (some type of curry taste, very interesting!) Kimchi Pancake: Crispy, delicious, addictive. Half Galbi with Naengg Myon Combo Plum Soju: Sweet, refreshing (never tried this flavor soju, must have!)“
“Do you like chicken? How about pho? If so, this place is right up your alley! This seems like a newer location of a branch originally based in San Leandro (which I've never been to). It's in the same strip mall as a bunch of Asian restaurants and Marina Foods, so you have no shortage of options. However, I recommend coming here for these reasons: 1. Everything looks super new and clean! The decor, bathroom, and tables were all sparkling. I normally don't mind more cluttered hole in the wall type places but the clean interiors made me feel calm as soon as I walked in. 2. Note that they only serve chicken dishes. Which is fine, because I love chicken. I got the #1 dish which consists of steamed chicken in a big bowl of pho with all the usual toppings. It also came with a delicious ginger scallion concoction which was flavorful and generous. The chicken was piping hot and fresh, and the noodles and soup were nice complements to it. 3. Service was great! They speak both Mandarin and Cantonese so if you want to order in one of those languages, you can (of course English works too). No wait, and while the restaurant is small, like I mentioned above everything is nice and orderly so there's no chaos. Very nice environment to enjoy a warm meal in, especially on a cold day. I'm coming back to try their plethora of drinks! (What's available: Vietnamese coffee, Thai tea, soy milk, various unique sodas)“
