I’ve eaten here twice now to give an honest review, and both times we got the beef rib noodle soup. The food is honestly great—the broth tastes light and clean like it’s been simmered from real bones, and the beef portions are huge, a single piece is practically enough for one person.The dumplings were another highlight . Wow! This place is amazing, and seeing them hand make the noodles is just wonderful. I especially enjoy the wide noodles!! Very accommodating of young kids, too.
