“Cocurry was here forever, but even the last time we came, it wasn't the same. Kong Sarang, on the other hand was hopping! The place quickly filled up after we arrived. That always happens to us. We ordered the seafood pancake and the combo of pork belly and tofu soup. They quickly served us with 8 varieties of banchan. I was a tad disappointed that we didn't get asked like the tables around us if we wanted any refills on the banchan. I felt like once we ordered and our food came out, we turned into red-headed step-children, and they forgot about Dre. The food was good. Comparable to Tofu House in Newark. The seafood pancake was hefty. She's a big girl. One could get full just off of that. We probably would return if in the mood for Korean food.“
“I particularly like this autumn and winter limited edition pickled vegetable and beef rice noodles.I think the spiciness of the beef brisket stewed in spicy soup is slightly spicy, but it is very thoughtful to be able to adjust the spiciness when eating the beef and noodles separately!!The beef brisket is juicy, tender and especially sweet when cooked in stock.“
“I wanted to go to this place based on the design and food. The food and service is great, but the problem is how the inside of the restaurant. It feels bland inside due to the choice of colors and there are hardly any decorations. It also feels hot inside too, but it’s probably because of the hot weather outside.There are rarely seatings here due to the size of the place. I really like the Pho, however. I wouldn’t really wanna dine here due to atmosphere. Maybe next time, I’ll just do a takeout.“
“This is an authentic Chinese food restaurant. I loved the original taste of the lamb dish with onions and red chilli peppers. It's so great that there are restaurants that keep the the origin of the roots of the culture. I must say that the taste of the lamb was exceptional, I also added the spicy sauce they had available. The perfect mix of spice and sweet taste from the onions.“
“I'm very grateful for to have some Vietnamese options here in little ol' Newark. There's plenty of parking nearby and seating inside.Their Chao (Vietnamese congee/porridge) is the first thing that I think of when I'm feeling under the weather. My go-to is the pork and deserved duck egg. It's the perfect texture and combination of flavors. There's quite a bit of thinly sliced ginger that you have to sift through if you're like me and prefer not to chew on it, but it does add to the flavor.I've also had their chicken wings in the past, and it didn't disappointment.“
“Literally everything on the menu is good. First time I actually want to try everything. All the dishes other tables ordered look amazing too. On the weekend for breakfast the line is out of the door. Would recommend to just try once. I bet you will get hooked.“
“I really like this rice roll shop. I don’t know why the rating is so low. The waitress is very nice. I ordered the Tingzi porridge, which is extremely rich in content. I also ordered the siomai, phoenix scratch and fried dough sticks. I really liked the siomai. I also ordered it. I ordered claypot rice. The pork ribs were not too thick. Overall, I liked it.
