“My boyfriend and I are regulars at this place—we go at least once every two weeks. We always get the spicy beef intestine rice noodle soup and we love it. They give the spicy intestines and soup in separate bowls so you can adjust the level of spice. Fair warning, it’s proper hunan spice so only add the whole thing if you can handle spicy! The staff are also super friendly and service is great.“
“There has been nothing in the menu we do not like. The best appetizer is the roti with chicken curry. The Curry is a non spicy coconut milk curry. The best salad is the green tea salad. It has a slight kick even if you drop the jalapeños. The best soup is the samosa soup. For entries there are lots of good options, but I like the fiery dishes. They are sweet and spicy.Think of Burmese food as Indian, Thai, and Chinese fusion. If you like any of those cuisines you can find something you would enjoy on the menu.“
“Venturing more into exploring Thai cuisine we went to this place for lunch post rain on a Saturday afternoon. The place is rustic alluring showing the smaller family run restaurants. It’s got the very old world vibe and is indeed very clean and well decorated. More of wooden interiors. And caressing the craving vegetarian taste buds we ordered the oh so crispy roti which was very well made then came the soup which was had very home kitchen flavours and again very well made. But the best was the garlic noodles which just felt perfect blend of spices and well cooked noodles. The meal was very satisfying. The only turn off was the long wait time. Definitely worth going back“
“It's been a while since I visited Fu Niu Tang. Craving for crawfish, I decided to give it a try when I saw it on their menu. It's crayfish season now! They use live crawfish. It didn't disappoint! As someone who has tried countless crayfish dishes, from hand-held seafood to stir-fries to Sichuan-style.Since everything else was spicy, I ordered garlic flavor, which still had a bit of spice but not as heavy as the spicy ones. The flavor was so fresh! The crayfish flavor seeped into the sauce and cucumber. The rice noodles soaked in it were delicious! Next time, I definitely want to try the spicy flavor“
“Just discovered this place! Didn't know it was so close to work. It's like a little hole in the wall. What makes it a great place is their stuff is fresh. They make their own dumplings there too and you can probably watch them from outside making them. Their food tastes so good and service was super quick. We were expecting to pay a lot but the prices here were reasonable. Will definitely come back!“
“I've never tried okonomiyaki so I wanted to try this place out. This place is in a restaurant called Rokko so it almost made us miss the place when driving by since the outside sign only displays Rokko. The menu had lots of options to choose from as it's 2 restaurants in one: Rokko and Fugetsu. Shrimp & Veggie Tempura: 4.5/5A great variety of shrimp and assorted veggies! Very generous and included 4 shrimp tempura. Very fresh and crispy. Okonomiyaki Sampler: 3.5/54 mini okonomiyaki which includes Ebi mayo, Negi-tsukimi pork and Gyusuki negitama, and Cheese. The shredded cabbage base sort of reminds me of hash browns. Wish we got the noodle version AKA modanyaki!Service was amazing, our server was so friendly and was constantly checking up on our table! I'll come back to try the modanyaki next time! Check this place out if you want to try okonomiyaki!“
“Siam Taste in Sunnyvale is a gem! My girlfriend and I are regulars, drawn in by the chicken yellow curry and the irresistible spicy fried rice. She loves the tom yum soup, which, like every dish here, is fantastic. Beyond the food, it's the owners that make every visit special. Their kindness and attentiveness ensure a dining experience that's as warm and welcoming as the meals are delicious. Highly recommended to anyone looking for Thai food in Sunnyvale!“
“I kept passing by here so finally decided to give it a try!Plenty of parking next to the restaurant, and I was a little surprised the place was quite empty on a Sunday at noon. Maybe most people take it to go? The restaurant itself is nice and bright, all the tables looked clean and inviting. The server was very friendly and helped me with the menu since it was my first time there. The dim sum dishes looked interesting, but I wouldn't be able to try many dishes just by myself, so I ended up ordering the chicken garlic noodles. I was surprised there was no way to add tip on the credit card payment, and had to dig out some cash. The food came out pretty quickly, the chicken portion was... small. The food isn't exactly cheap, my entree plus a drink was $20 pre-tip. The garlic noodles portion was good, but just didn't have many pieces of chicken. With 0 other sides (veg?) the dish just looked a little sad. Anyhoo, the food itself tasted good so I'm still happy with the meal. I took about half the noodles home to eat with other stuff later.Overall a pleasant experience! Will come back and try some other items next time!“
“I always order to go and they will separate the soup and the noddle and they will also ask my arrival time so they can planned the time to delivery my order. So I could take home with warm food to serve without warm it up again. Thank you and will recommend.“
“First time at Xiang Xiang Noodle. We had E5 & L4 and both were delicious. Service was friendly as well. It might be a bit expensive but considering the noodles are handmade, it is reasonable. This place is better than another place in the city that makes their noodles. There is parking, but the lot can be a bit dangerous at times due to congestion when it is really busy. It has always been that way, so just be careful.“
“Just had the best pho I had in my life. Another thing that really impressed me was how they set up the tipping system. It’s 7% 9% and 11% which I thought given inflation was pretty cool. My plan is to go back to this place every chance I get.“
“The food was pretty good but the service was horrible hence the 4 stars. I dine at Asian places quite often and I know they are not known for their service but this was surprisingly poor. They were really busy when I came (on Wednesday around 7:30pm) but the waitress was very rushed and didn't give me a second of her time. I asked for chili oil but I guess she didn't understand the question because she answered something else that I couldn't understand. I didn't even get seated I just sat down and ordered from the QR code. She then gave me my food and only came back later to give the bill. I don't know why there was only one waitress there should've been at least two, if not three, for the number of customers they had.I ordered the chicken dumplings with corn and soup dumpling which were excellent, I just wish the service was better.“
“It does not have a luxurious decor but when u see the chef is out and about checking guests at each table, you know this is going to be a great dinning experience. Don't let the word "vegetarian" turn you off. There are plenty of wonderful dishes: Fresh spring rolls, Thai soup, seaweed salad, green papaya salad and more!!“
