“Good hunan food. It's located in a small shopping center where parking may be limited. I ordered Garlic Lettuce, and Hunan Style Sautéed Pork. Both are very good but a little oily. I especially like the crunchy texture of the Garlic Lettuce! Yummy! Service is laid back. We ordered everything and paid the meal on our phone via a QR code. Very casual quick dining.“
“First time there , my experience was okay the food was good, the service was okay , the place was small and not too decorated, so for lunch time it was not too busy , price of the food was right and the size of the food great so recommended for lunch or dinner.“
“Good hot pot place. We went for the $75 combo which has option of choosing 2 meats, 2 soups, 2 sides and noodles. Tom yum thai style soup was very tasty. For meat we took prime agnus flat iron. Meat was juicy and blended well with the soup. The combo also comes with 1 veggies tray with almost everything in it. We did not find option for crabs here. And also fish eggs were alright. I will definitely visit again.“
“Food is reliably very good. Used to come here all the time when we lived in Sunnyvale. Moved away and still come back every time we're in the area. Without fail we always order the eggplant tofu, and the vegetarian Kung Pao "chicken" and vegetable chow mein. All of these are exceptionally tasty. My only complaint is that the bathroom needs deep cleaning. Like seriously get some professional help cleaning the bathroom stall walls, tile floors and grout, and buy some new toilet paper holders in where broken ones are. Also update the sink faucet, clean the sink and get paper towels In addition to that "stupid' wall fan. Nobody wants to touch the door handle. Provide paper towels so we don't have to grab toilet seat covers to open the exit door. And while you're at it, put a waste basket by the door where we can throw whatever we used to open the door with. Thank you.I will still come back as the food is very good, but if the bathroom cleanliness still sucks the next time I go, that will be the last time I come back.“
“One of the most welcoming experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. Would give the service a way higher rating if I could. Wasn’t sure what to get but the gentleman that welcomed me in was more than helpful and even put together a sauce for me, asking my preferences while making it. Very “
“This place has always been a favorite spot for lunch. Since covid, they no longer have indoor seating. That said, the Pinoy Breakfast A Pork Tosilog is a must-have. Always go for the double meat option for good measure. Don't forget to use the vinegar they include as it brings out the flavor of the pork and egg yolk!“
“If I could give this place six stars, I would! My experience at Noodle Talk was nothing short of exceptional. Their dishes are exceptional – perfectly cooked and bursting with authentic flavors. The menu offers a variety of options, and the rice noodles are a must-try. Cooked to perfection, each strand had the ideal texture, neither too soft nor too chewy. The cozy ambiance and friendly staff make dining here a delight. If you're craving delicious Chinese rice noodles, this is the place to be!“
“I always order to go and they will separate the soup and the noddle and they will also ask my arrival time so they can planned the time to delivery my order. So I could take home with warm food to serve without warm it up again. Thank you and will recommend.“
“We got the Chocolate Xiao Long Bao 6 pieces for $9.99. The taste was good, but it costs way too much for the amount of food we are getting. $1.67 per dumpling! I would be happy to give 5 stars if they lower the price. The environment/decor also isn't all that special. So I am not sure how they are justifying the price.“
“We have been sick and gotten take out from this place twice in two days. I have been trying to find a good porridge place near us and I think I have found it! We got the minced beef porridge twice - flavorful, a lot of beef, and I love that they put slices of ginger. (We been to some other placed and the porridge has been bland) Singaporean noodles - I didn't have any since my throat hurt. My husband said this was done very well. Wet egg with beef over rice - A lot of toppings and also well flavored Love that it is close by and open all day long.“
“Food was ok. Mostly average but not terrible. XLB and Siumai were fine. Sesame balls too small. But the chicken was salty, and the soup base was bland. The server was friendly and courteous. Place was clean and spacious. Machine order or at counter. Casual vibe. It was a fine experience.“
“Definitely a surprise to find such a great Chinese restaurant attached to a Ramada Inn! I lived and traveled all over China for 2 years and I was pleasantly surprised to find such an authentic Chinese dining experience this side of the Pacific and buried in the suburbs! I learned a bit more about its history while there; turns out that the restaurant leased out the space after the Ramada restaurant closed and has been around since!I honestly can't fault the restaurant on anything! The food was fabulous and very representative of a delicious Cantonese dining experience. The classic round tables had me right back at home in Shanghai and Suzhou and the cuisine reminded me of so many late nights out with friends in Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Every dish we ate was part of a Lunar New Year's fixed menu and perfectly captured the holiday spirit. My only disappointment was that it wasn't my personal favorite of the wide diversity of Chinese cuisines, but that is splitting hairs and I can't put that on the restaurant, haha. They executed their meal and regional cuisine flawlessly and every bite was juicy and delicious! If you are looking for an authentic Chinese food experience, I highly recommend making it out to Sifu Wong Kitchen. Since I ordered the fixed menu for Lunar New Year, I can't attest to the typical menu per se, but I will definitely be coming back. I might need to keep an eye on the prices though, cause the holiday meal was a bit on the pricey side.“
“First time at Xiang Xiang Noodle. We had E5 & L4 and both were delicious. Service was friendly as well. It might be a bit expensive but considering the noodles are handmade, it is reasonable. This place is better than another place in the city that makes their noodles. There is parking, but the lot can be a bit dangerous at times due to congestion when it is really busy. It has always been that way, so just be careful.“
“The food was actually excellent, and I'm extremely fussy. But the trick is - you have to order a La carte. If you order the fast line, the pre cooked food, it's dried out and awful. We ordered the walnut prawns which were as good as any I have ever had at any fine restaurant.“
“I came after the lunch rush after picking up donuts at Marty's nearby; there was only one other person waiting for his takeout order. The ladies behind the counter were very nice and patiently waited while I hovered around the hot deli section trying to figure out what to order. I decided on a 1 item plate ($10.50) of tofu with orange sauce and chow mein (can also choose steamed rice or fried rice). Serving size was generous and tasted fresh. They have several vegetarian dishes that I'll be trying in the future. And another full menu of Vietnamese sandwiches and rolls. This is a hidden gem behind a Lucky's market.“
“Favorite Chinese restaurant in the South Bay. Large portions, fantastic Mai Tais and great service. Great for parties/groups of people. I would highly suggest the group menu which allows a wide variety of dishes. I would otherwise suggest the Tao Tao beef and the famous Tao Tao chicken salad (best salad ever). I like Tao Tao so much that I will drive half an hour just for the salad.“
“One of the best lunches I’ve had in awhile. The Kung Pao Chicken lunch special was plentiful, the chicken fresh and tender with rich sauce and crunchy veggies. Can’t say much for the setting and service, but the food is worth the visit.“
“The food was delicious! Brooke was our server and she was very attentive and courteous! The only downside, is that the air conditioner blows too hard!! Had to eat with my coat on it was so cold in the restaurant!Parking: Lots of parking spacesWheelchair accessibility: Plenty of Disabled Parking“
“This place has the best Fried Pork Buns (shēng jīan bāo 生煎包) and braised fried rice with pork I've ever had!!!! I order those 2 dishes every time. The fried pork buns have extremely juicy and tender meat with the perfect flavour and amount of soup. The buns are fried to a beautiful golden brown on the bottom adding a layer of crunchy texture to the tender meat and soup wrapped inside. Each bite is bliss. The braised fried rice is very 香, it has a great flavour and makes you want to keep eating more and more.I've also tried their Spicy Minced Pork Dry Noodles and cauliflower but those were too dry and not as good. They have both a brick and mortar location (seems to be a good location (also nearby Hanabusa Cafe!) with decent environment/seating inside) and are also available on Uber Eats.“
“Yelp reviews aren't accurate. The chef/owner used to work at Chef Chu. Been in business 6 years. He doesn't speak English. Everything to go. Most if not all of his customers are native Chinese speakers. Cheaper than Chef Chu.. but also cost reduced. Extensive menu. Will take months or years to go through it. If you look closely you can see some menu items from CC like Lemon Sauce Chicken. The mushu pork/chicken or any protein you want is the same. The walnut prawns, lobster prawns, black pepper beef and mongolian beef are very similar to CC. The kung pao may be spicier than the CC version. I dont see the CC potstickers or duck or chicken salad yet. Maybe not looking hard enough. Mapo tofu: he has the secret chef chu umami laden recipe. Different layers of salty and spicy and some savory. Not super mala. Vegetable Noodle Soup: can see the resemblance to the Chef Chu vegetable soup mix with plethora of water chestnuts, napa cabbage, etc... Looks like the same noodles as what Chef Chu uses. Bokchoy Shitake Mushroom: fresh. Also very similar to CC. The intestine dishes are not served at CC. Never seen such a large variety of intestine dishes. Think hot dog with flavorings. Large togo volume between 4-6pm. Never seen anything like it. People running around to make schedule cutoff. Go there and order from the menu directly and sit outside if you want a couple bucks off. The printed menu prices are a little lower than the online prices. Probably too much trouble to mess with it. 12-13$$ for 3 item lunch combo steam rice doesn't count as one of the items.“
“Interesting Chinese restaurant. Been there twice. A large selection of dishes - some very tasty, some for everyone. The portions are large (as was noted, many take two dishes for three), the price category is average, the staff is wonderful - friendly and helpful. The restaurant is quite clean. The only thing that didn't please me was the toilet. I wish it was cleaner there. You can take food to go. I was pleased that they thoughtfully provided you with napkins, cutlery, and even fortune cookies.“
