I wanted to go to this place based on the design and food. The food and service is great, but the problem is how the inside of the restaurant. It feels bland inside due to the choice of colors and there are hardly any decorations. It also feels hot inside too, but it’s probably because of the hot weather outside.There are rarely seatings here due to the size of the place. I really like the Pho, however. If you're in the mood for a hidden gem that exceeds expectations, I highly recommend giving this spot a try.Rice and Spoon has a quaint and modest appearance, but don’t let that fool you. About 10 minutes away from Coyote Hills Regional Park. A clean and cozy restaurant for friends to hang out after a hike. Vietnam style ice coffee without the cream is pretty good. Recommend.
