This is traditional Chinese food as good as it gets - they used to have a place in San Mateo (since closed) that I've been to many a time & liked. Decided to try their Newark location - great value for money. Had scallion pancakes, hunan beef, mapo tofu, eggplant - moved well with a Tsingtao

This is the only Sichuan restaurant that makes proper twice cooked pork. The pork is cut thiny like bacon, but is unlike anything else out there that claims to be twice cooked pork.

What a great Chinese restaurant! The prices are reasonable and affordable
