About 10 minutes away from Coyote Hills Regional Park. A clean and cozy restaurant for friends to hang out after a hike. Vietnam style ice coffee without the cream is pretty good. Recommend.

I wanted to go to this place based on the design and food. The food and service is great, but the problem is how the inside of the restaurant. It feels bland inside due to the choice of colors and there are hardly any decorations. It also feels hot inside too, but it’s probably because of the hot weather outside. There are rarely seatings here due to the size of the place. I really like the Pho, however. I wouldn’t really wanna dine here due to atmosphere. Maybe next time, I’ll just do a takeout.

If you're in the mood for a hidden gem that exceeds expectations, I highly recommend giving this spot a try.Rice and Spoon has a quaint and modest appearance, but don’t let that fool you. Its menu packs big flavor (especially the chefs' specials!)Prices are reasonable, service is lightning fast, and the menu is robust. A local favorite for sure. The intimate atmosphere might not be able to accommodate your large group, but if it’s just you and a couple of people I highly recommend that you embark on this culinary adventure.

I would rate this a 3.5 but rounded up. The grilled pork banh mi was pretty good. A nice ratio of veggies:meat:bun. Definitely would get it again. The vermicelli bowl was quite disappointing. It had waaaay too much noodle & not enough fish sauce. Got grilled chicken on it but I would de-emphasize “grilled”. The cucumber was scarce, mostly green edges. The peanuts were very… basic. Got an iced coffee & was pretty good.

I've tried this place twice now and so far have not been disappointed at all. Tried the pho 1st time and was great! This time I had the the chicken combo with the noodles and this was very satisfying kinda like a chicken salad but much better ? the egg roll was amazing i could eat a dozen of them. A good go to spot for me in the area when I'm visiting. Service feels a little rushed at times but they are on top of it.

The food was really good. I went to lunch here with a couple of coworkers and the food was great. Both egg roll types were delicious. I got the fillet mignon pho since the waitress recommended it and I enjoyed it. Great spot to grab a bite during lunch. Friendly staff! The place is a bit small since it doesn’t have too many tables but we got there in time before it got full. Forgot to take photos to post since it looked good to start digging in.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Food is prepared and presented very fast as well making it a great lunch spot on the go. They do both dine in and take out and have great choices in banh mi sandwiches pho and plates all reasonably priced. Most sandwiches are 10$ and below which is unheard of given the size. ( foot long )Looking forward to trying the plates next.

Awesomeness!!! This has become one of my go-to favorite places to eat. I'm addicted to the Vegetable curry with noodles. I've truly enjoyed everything I've tried from the menu. Kind , courteous staff. Go try it...see for yourself ?

Small restaurant with both indoor and outdoor seating. We stopped here on a cold day when craving a hot bowl of pho. The spicy beef noodle was very flavorful and my partners mixed beef bowl was also very flavorful. We chose to dine-in but the appetizer came out far after our pho bowls. While waiting, it seems the kitchen is pretty disorganized and with only one person taking orders, it felt chaotic.Overall, I feel the food is good, but not extra special compared to other restaurants in the area. It's also a little more highly priced, around $15-20 per bowl. Still, we're willing to give it another chance on a winter day.

The pork & mango spring rolls are delicious! The mango is a new ingredient for a spring roll, and it's a good addition to a spring roll. The flavor of the BBQ pork comes through, even when dipped in the sauce and (technically optional) Sriracha. The Thai tea goes well with this dish!
