Last night ordered 2 bowls of Phở to go, total $36+ dollars. Ordered and Paid Online . Showed them my order& confirmed. They couldn't find my order#. Finally got my Pho to go anyway. Four minutes away. Came home, my daughter and I were so tired n hungry and ate. It's the most horrible terrible Phở in our life. Soup 1 hot, 1 cold They tasted like Water with No taste nor flavors. We are Phở Eaters and this is Unacceptable n NOT right.

While the food is okay, I'm disappointed with the service. I've specifically asked for soft tofu on multiple occasions, but it hasn't been provided.

Pho Hoa is a good standard chain restaurant Pho spot with an American slant. This location has definitely been around through the years before the big chain expansion / explosion. I do love how they have given the interior a facelift. I will say service is a hit or miss here, and sometimes the staff struggles to communicate with each other and customers. I've definitely had at least three botched orders for takeout over the last 3-4 years. If you are ordering through the app, keep in mind that they don't update their storefront. I've had many substitutions happen without my knowledge, and arriving home only to figure out the switched my Coke for a Sprite or my milk tea with something else. I do like how they partnered with it Jaezen tea in the last decade as it has given them more coverage for their customers. They have made the menu more accessible to the American palette, so don't come here expecting them to carry the more authentic customizations. Whatever pho bowl you choose, I recommend getting it with tendon. They do break it down really well and it has that minimal resistance, slightly chewy gelatinous mouth feel. They also serve other noodles that are not pho. And if that isn't your thing, they have a selection of Vietnamese-style rice plates. They've also added some boba-shop appetizers like popcorn chicken to the menu. There are other places in the area I would go to before here for Pho, but if you end up here, it's not a terrible spot.

I ordered pho to go. The noodles stuck together so badly. The hot broth not able to separate them, and I had to toss them and prepared my own

It's only good if you enjoy extra ingredients. I discovered papers in my boba drink. The health department should be vigilant regarding this franchise. This is the second time; previously, I found a roach leg in my noodles.
