“This is a charming little place that serves fantastic food, all freshly prepared and full of flavor. I highly recommend the Chapli Kabab and Kabuli Pulao. The chef took a few minutes to go over our orders, discussing each dish and our preferences, then took his time to prepare and serve everything. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to visit with friends and family.“

“Cute, intimate, and delicious, Tarim Garden is the place to go if you seek wonderfully made Xinjiang cuisine. Everything is seasoned and cooked tastefully, from vegetable to noodle. As other satisfied customers have noted, the handpulled noodles are to die for--they are fresh, chewy, and compliment the served sauce very well! The cumin beef and garlic cucumber were very generously. For those that dine in, a total of three servings of noodles are complementary.

The day I came, the staff was very sweet and patient. Ordering is mobile and becomes customer's responsibility, but the workers and vigilant on getting orders right. We came at lunch, when the restaurant was fairly busy, but were served very quickly.

“Once I got the food it was absolutely fantastic. The main reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of my bad experience with delivery. However, the owner made up for that with great customer service. I didn't know the restaurant uses Doordash for deliveries. I usually avoid places that do that, because only the restaurant can complain to Doordash about the driver, and the end customer has no control. This Doordash guy was terrible - took over 40 minutes to deliver my order, didn't answer my calls or texts wondering where he is and when I finally got my food, it was ice cold. I contacted the restaurant, and although an employee tried to give me a hard time for using delivery, the owner was wonderful. He not only remade the order at no charge, he personally delivered it. I'll definitely eat the food again, but not use delivery.“

“It was not just the food which is delicious btw, but the experience that you get by visiting this small restaurant. They have small Bosnian antique corner which holds many stories. You can just feel the love they have for their food and culture. Staff and owner were extremely friendly . I highly recommend“

“Excellent Shawarma spot near Santa Clara (downtown) ?. Palestinian owned place offering authentic Shawarma . Randomly stopped at this spot and was surprised by their Chicken Shawarma . The sauces offered with it were also tasty and excellent . Frequented mostly by the students , this place needs more recognition TBH .

They also have cute pictures hanging on the wall .

Parking: Very few parking spots near the place .“

“If you're craving a solid meal, The Halal Guys is the place to go. I had the Gyro Platter, and it was awesome—great flavor and a really good deal for the price. Just a heads up, the spicy sauce is pretty hot, so be careful. A little bit goes a long way. Overall, it’s definitely worth checking out if you’re into Middle Eastern cuisine.“

“This place is amazing, surprisingly one of the best beef kafta kebabs in the Bay! Juicy and so flavorful! We eat here multiple times a week. Their steak and chicken skewers are also awesome, and their sauces really are amazingly good! Love that you can order their proteins a la carte.“
