I’ve visited The Halal Cartel many times, and it’s honestly one of my favorite spots for a quick and filling meal. Every time I visit, the place is busy, which says a lot about how popular it is.

The Halal Cartel is a popular spot for a quick and filling meal, and the place is almost always busy. The Cartel Chicken Rice Bowl is really good, with rice that is very flavorful and perfectly seasoned. The bowl has a good balance of chicken, rice, and greens, and the white garlic sauce, spicy sauce, and Cartel Special Sauce make it a satisfying meal. Rice bowls are usually prepared extremely fast, sometimes in about 2 minutes. The wraps are also really good, and the falafel and masala fries are favorites. The fries pack a bit of a punch, but they were a bit soft. The Mango Jalapeño Lemonade is a must-try, and the Strawberry Lemonade and Blue Raspberry Lemonade are also good. There is both indoor and outdoor seating, with a playing area that has table tennis, snooker, ping pong, a pool table, and arcade games. The management and staff are friendly and welcoming, and the service is pretty good. The food is tasty but takes about 10 minutes. Parking is somewhat difficult to find, perhaps best to park in the Costco parking lot. Overall, the food is delicious, the price point is worth it, and the flavorful rice is definitely one of the highlights.
