About Tarim Garden Xinjiang Cuisine

Tarim Garden Xinjiang Cuisine offers a memorable dining experience with its delicious and bold flavors. The restaurant is known for its amazing noodles, especially the beef laghman with extra hand-pulled noodles, which are praised for their generous portions and tasty, subtle spices that do not overpower the dish. The noodle soup is considered possibly the best anywhere, featuring great ingredients and a flavorful broth that balances heat and taste well. For those who prefer less spicy options, the Laghman beef noodles are a good choice, while the Lamb Green Pepper Laghman is notably spicy and suitable for heat lovers.

The cuisine is particularly strong in Sichuan spicy options, with dishes like the Lamb Green Pepper Laghman and Beef Stir-fry Noodles receiving high praise. The beef plates, which can feed several people, are popular among diners. Serving sizes are large, and the flavors are bold and tasty, making the dishes hard to resist.

The restaurant maintains a clean and tidy environment with pleasant servers. Customers appreciate the kind service, with staff often going above and beyond, even preparing food after closing time when approached with kindness. Prices are considered high for the quantity and service, but the quality of the food and experience make it worthwhile. The food here is unique and pretty amazing. They make their own noodles and portion sizes are generous. I ate here with my family and we got the abalone big chicken plate, along with the big beef plate. Both come with hand pulled noodles. We also tried the cold black fungus mushroom entree. Everything was delicious, but a big plate meal is sized for two people. We didn't know this going in, so we had plenty left over. Service was also really good. Got the big plate chicken and man, that sauce is unreal. Tore the noodle sheet into it and let it soak up the broth — legit the best bite of my week. Cleaned the plate, no shame.
Came in skeptical, left a fan. Food's flavorful without trying too hard, service warm, place just feels right. Already telling people to check it out.
