Got the pleasure of eating the food at a party and let me say it was all amazing! Tried the steak tacos, nachos, rice… all was great but my favorite definitely the Al pastor! Highly recommend!

Located at Alams Taqueria, RUBIS TAQUERIA serves food that is all amazing, with amazing flavor and tender meat. The steak tacos, nachos, rice, and Al pastor are highlights, with the Al pastor being a favorite. The super asada quesadilla is described as having no business being that damn good. The BEST Nachos come in a very generous amount. The tortillas are soft, with a little chew, and are toasted on the grill after making a burrito. The burritos are amazing, with great flavor and fresh ingredients made with care and pride. The food tastes very fresh and clean, and the restaurant automatically gives both salsas, sautéed onions, radish, and jalapenos. The salsas have a nice refreshing element. While it is a little bit in the pricier direction, the quality is worth it. However, one visit near closing time resulted in dry tacos with old cilantro, a used lime wedge, and a salty super burrito, which was a disappointment as the food and service are usually excellent.
