First time trying a bao bun; surprisingly pretty good! I tried the fried vegetarian tofu bao bun. A+ on making it first of all non bland, minced well and then fried like an indian cutlet. The caramelised onions were on the sweeter side with purple cabbage garnishing. The buns were sooo soft and the whole thing was pretty good + pretty to look at too! Its 11$ for 2 bao buns. I feel like a hungry enough person can easily have 4-6. I myself think i can have 3-4 to fill my stomach.

We had the pop up food truck at Cotterie winery, got both the pork belly and beef bao, absolutely delicious, the guy was super nice and made a vegan one for my wife
