I don’t know what is happening with this restaurant’s hiring process? It’s running horribly. There very slow and understaffed, they either have you waiting over 25 minutes after sitting you sometimes like to night the same host who sat me and my daughter for her birthday dinner {reservations } came around I asked where is the server? can we get grill light. Awesome spot for Japanese BBQ in San Jose. Prices can run a little high but the food is high quality and the social experience is greatParking: Parking garage next to the restaurant is fine. It is paid.

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, but we really enjoyed our experience at Gyu-Kaku. The food was amazing, very flavorful and with great quality ingredients. You get to grill meats, seafood and/or vegetables of your choice. The salads and appetizers are delicious as well. Would definitely come back.
