Came through the drive-through and the new kid Brennen got my two salad orders wrong. I was very upset and called Patricia. She’s immediately very helpful and willing to replace my salads. Statue told me to visit her tomorrow night and that she would make sure that we’re right.
Instead I decided to go back in tonight, she’s very friendly understanding and ready to solve the problem.
She handled bad, hungry attitude very well. Thank you, Patricia.“
“This is my favorite Wendy's in Silicon Valley, although it somehow always needs work. I'm not sure how this is possible, since this is the flagship Wendy's for the area. However, the booths are comfortable, the two televisions work, there is plenty of parking, and the temperature is generally good.“
“Need your fast food or Wendy’s fix this is for you. Especially when you’re visiting someone at the nearby hospital. Probably the best chicken nuggets I’ve had in awhile. They should teach the other Wendy’s how to do it right. However, some fries were warm or hot while others were soggy or crispy.“
“They were very un-busy at the time (abt 630pm dinner rush, weird) but seemed a bit inattentive to our order, taking it and us getting it. We had to remind them of 2 more items they forgot to give.
I can understand a slow day in summer making ppl a little too chill, but still make sure you got the order right with nothing missing.

“My husband and I go here all the time and get their party pack of chicken nuggets... 50 nuggets for 16.99!!! Absolutely can not beat that. KFC charges 35.99 for 50. And they are alwAys hot and juicy and they don't nickel and dime u on extra sauces like other fast food places Where they give you like 2 sauces and charge you extra for more. Definitely recommended!!!“
