We had a very delicious lunch but our experience with all of the staff that served us was amazing. Our waitress Alejandra was so kind, knowledgeable, and her recommendations were just what we needed.
Great spot inside Eataly complex. I took an afternoon seat at the bar for a glass of red and ordered a focaccia with pesto starter that blew me away. So much flavor, perfect pesto, seasonal cherry tomatoes that tasted like candy, and fruity olive oil drizzled over the top. Buonissimo!
We tried this restaurant expecting a great Italian meal, but the experience was a bit of a mixed bag.
Starting with the pizza, unfortunately, it was quite burnt. To their credit, the staff kindly offered to remake it, but the second one came out burnt as well, so it definitely fell short of expectations. On the bright side, the other dishes we ordered—two pasta mains—were well-prepared and genuinely good. Overall, the food averages out to a decent level.
