We had a great time at the cheesecake factory. I’d never been before so wasn’t sure what to expect but went for my friend’s birthday. The service was excellent from our waiter Dan and the food was delicious. All of the cheesecakes are made fresh and there’s so many to choose from. I would highly recommend this location!
I got my lunch and they gave me a side of salad, I wouldn't eat it because it was wilted and didn't look good at all. My sandwich was okay. Really disappointed this last time I went.

Many customers recommend trying the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, a rich and creamy dish with just the right amount of heat. The brunch options are also highly recommended. The meals are huge, and each item has its calories amount listed. The service is great, and the waitresses and waiters are very knowledgeable. The deserts are in another world, and every time guests go, they try their best to try something different.
The staff go out of their way to meet special requests. Guests appreciate the generous portion sizes and the ability to customize salads. The restaurant also offers desserts like cheesecake, with favorites including Oreo cookie, dulce de leche, salted caramel, and Linda's fudge. One piece of cheesecake is enough for two people and even three. The original cheesecake is recommended because most of the others are simply additions to the original. The nachos were decent, but the Coconut Cream Pie was absolutely delicious.
However, some find the prices a bit steep, and parking can be limited to 2 hours, which might not be enough for a relaxed meal. Due to its popularity and location within Valley Fair mall, parking can be a challenge, especially on weekends, and wait times for a table can be long. Despite these minor issues, The Cheesecake Factory remains a popular spot for family meals or a night out, thanks to its delicious food and exceptional service. The prices are very reasonable.
