“I'm a regular since the prices can't be beat (especially if you use their membership). I do admit that the food is a gamble. 1/4 chance of amazing, 1/4 chance of pretty sad. You have to get good at looking at the buffet and telling which dishes came out right by look alone. Strawberry fanta on fountain, but don't go overboard!“

When interacting with other employees, they don’t seem as approachable or as if they are annoyed, however Myhanh ALWAYS has great and positive energy, regardless of how customers act towards her. “Our family of 3 received quick service after waiting in an accessible line. The prepared foods section stands before visual access to the signs posted on the wall. The foods are visible at accessible level with selection of a base of rice, noodles, and vegetables. The mains include shrimp, beef and broccoli, and several chicken preparations. The chicken preparations except for teriyaki and shrimp are coated in batter and sauces.
I chose vegetables and chicken teriyaki as the only option that was not coated with batter ( except beef and broccoli)

“The staff was very welcoming and extremely friendly. From the moment I started my meal with Kim to the cash register with Theavy. The portion of my food was well served and felt like I paid a fair price! I also used my rewards which gifted me an appetizer that was selected and recommended by staff and well enjoyed.“

“Chicken teriyaki was fresh. Line was a bit longer than I thought it would be, and they weren't serving orange chicken that day. Staff was very nice and apologized by giving me extra chicken teriyaki which I appreciated. I would like to go back and try the orange chicken.“
“Did they remodel this place? It looks really nice inside. Have been coming here for years. Let's be honest, everyone likes Panda Express. It's always hot, fresh, and fast. You will always get your veggies here, that's for sure. What's not to like? The hardest part is trying to pick out which dishes you want to try, since they all look so good. Solution - get a family pack and just get one of each! Also, they have a new way of packaging up to-go orders in a nice box which worked really well for me.“

Their registers were down. And help all customers still by getting them to order on the mobile app and making the orders as fast as they could.
Even coming out to help the older generation that had difficulty figuring out the App.

“Solid Family Feast – Great Value, Classic Flavors
We ordered the Family Feast from Panda Express recently, and overall, it was a satisfying experience that delivered great value for the price.
The fried rice and chow mein made for a solid base—classic comfort food. The fried rice had a nice balance of soy flavor and egg bits, though I wish it had a little more veggie variety mixed in. The chow mein was saucy and well-cooked, with cabbage and onions adding some texture and sweetness. Both were crowd-pleasers and good portions.
As for the entrees:
• The Angus steak was definitely the standout—tender, juicy pieces of beef with a rich savory glaze and perfectly cooked veggies like broccoli and mushrooms. It felt a bit more “premium” compared to the rest and brought a nice upscale balance to the meal.
• The orange chicken was exactly what you’d expect—crispy on the outside, sticky-sweet with that tangy citrus flavor that Panda is known for. It’s not exactly light fare, but it hits the spot when you’re craving that guilty pleasure dish.
• The string bean chicken added a refreshing, lighter option. The chicken was tender and the green beans were crisp and vibrant. It wasn’t overly saucy, which I appreciated, and gave the meal a more balanced feel.
Service was quick and efficient, even during a busy evening. Our order was ready on time and packaged well. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is that while everything was good, it wasn’t mind-blowing. A little more seasoning or freshness in the sides could’ve elevated it further. That said, for a fast-casual family meal, it definitely delivered.
Would recommend for a quick, tasty dinner that gives everyone something to enjoy. Panda Express continues to be a reliable go-to when you want a no-fuss meal with bold flavors.“

“This is a great place for fast food! Friendly service all the time. The food is great and the right temperature. The atmosphere could be a tad bit cleaner. The floors to be specific. I have never used the bathroom so I wouldn't know how clean it is. But this definitely does not stop me from going there. I love this place.“

“After trying almost every panda branch in bay area i confidently can say this store has the best tasting menue out of all of them , even though they all share the same recepie, this store is the most consistantly great tasting items all around, even though they are located to a mall and have less room with less time, like any other mall, only landa store i drive 10 miles for almost everyday“
“Great place to get fast Chinese food if you're a meat eater. If you're vegetarian like me, you have only 2 choices. Tofu with eggplant and or veggies. I hate eggplant and they won't do just tofu so I have to buy the mix dish and throw away the eggplant. I guess not enough vegetarians come to Panda Express. It would be a great addition to bring back the hot and sour soup. Listing it on the menu with an enticing picture could certainly boost sales.Furthermore, our experience at this restaurant was nothing short of perfect. “Panda Express is still family owned and operated which is pretty rare for a chain of this size and they also give back to the community. I live nearby and I'm glad they're reasonably priced and they're open so late. I can actually go after work and get a decent meal. My favorite is the double portion chicken teriyaki with chow mein which for me is 2-3 servings. When I eat there I like seeing them cutting up the chicken with skin right in front of me. The food is well seasoned and I don't need any sauce on it. When I visit Panda Express, I see a friendly, hard-working group that gets the food to the customers as quick as possible. I appreciate that.“
