“Hello! This Panda Express is just fine! The fact of the matter is that it's not always the service and it's not always the food.. a lot of times it is the people who are the problem.. the customers.... It is like they leave reviews depending on the mood that they're in... I can attest to the fact that I have been guilty of this in moments. I've watched a review on here blaming Panda Express because their food came messed up in the box. Did they ever think about the fact that maybe the driver just threw the food in their car? Why give a horrible review to Panda Express based on something that could have happened as it traveled? Why write a review online before you've tried it? Why complain that it wasn't all there when YOU picked it up? If you forgot then please also leave room for error with others. Why write a review if you chose to dine there and then complain about the prices? There are all types of places to go to. It's easy to find something to complain about if you look for it..... A lot of times again it's not the people it is us.. I've always experienced nice customer service from the people here... They're always super nice. Treat people with respect and kindness and for the most part you will get that in return. Yes there will be some times where it will not help but you move. Again I've been here multiple times I live down the street and I've never experienced anyone who was rude I've never experienced someone giving me less food I've never experienced these things... This is not my personal truth it is the truth. These people are trying to make a living here and at the end of the day when you write a bad review you really are trying to get someone in trouble and take your anger out. What does that get you? Does it make you feel better? Do you want free food? I just don't get it. The prices are there before you go. The attitude requires a check. If you're having a bad day and you've written a bad review based off of your own attitude I would challenge you to go back think about how you felt that day and maybe apologize or even remove it. It's not about all the big companies it's about each of the individuals who work there. Anyway...... It's a great little place and I would hope that people don't choose to not come here based off of biased reviews.. let's try to be a bit better.......... We're all human and we're just trying to make a living and get by! Anyway- That's my rant. Thank you to those of you who work hard! You're appreciated and don't you ever forget that!“
“The food here is similar to any other Panda Express, but the portions are smaller and pricier than the location just 6 minutes away (outside the park). The dining plan offers a bowl with one entrée and a side. While portion sizes can vary, vegetarians can ask for a full side portion. It's a decent option, though lines are usually long at night.“
“Great food quality, but the most annoying thing about this panda is the mobile ordering there is horrible. There is a designated area for the mobile orders but it’s mixed with the in person ordering line, so workers are focused on the in person orders understandably rather then the already paid mobile order pickups. For some genuine feedback, move the mobile order location to the very left side or rig side or have a designated worker for it on busier days. Thankfully, an employee was able to come and ask for my name and I got my order. But for future please fix it, its hard for both workers and customers especially on a busy weekend or Friday 😁“
