“Food is your average Panda Express fare which is great, service was poor, but dining room was clean despite that being managed by the airport and not the restaurant. Located before security, in “Marketplace A,” Terminal A just behind the check-in desks.“
“Get my food here from time to time for lunch. Fast service. Hot food. Facility clean.
Cheers to the employees because they really are doing their best to stay upbeat and polite even with crappy customers and hectic lunch rush.
Online ordered once and when I arrived, my food was not ready (I think they may have just misplaced my container), and they were out of a specialty item that I had already paid for. Not a big deal. Asked for a substitute and they made it right. They were extremely apologetic, but no worries, things happen.
A shout out to the woman at the register who is always so nice and thanks me for being nice as well. I know you guys are trying. You all are doing a GREAT job.
Be KIND to food service workers. It is not an easy job. Kindness is free-99 plus tax…so still free.“
“As usual from the Panda Express UCSF, the food is very good for a fast casual Chinese restaurant. Of particular interest was the Chinese apple pie: it's a large taquito stuffed with apple pie filling whose wrapper is an egg roll outer casing & rather heavily coated with powdered sugar. It was hot when it arrived & went well with Matcha green tea (& later homemade lemon soda). Chow mein, broccoli beef with beef broth were delicious as usual. Average egg roll (I prefer the Clement Street egg rolls, they’re larger). All in all, one of my favorite Panda Express branches nationwide.“
“I had a pleasant experience overall. Unfortunately, during my visit, there was no Beijing Beef left, but my visit was on 8 PM, which was 1 hour away from the store’s closing hour. The service was good overall and the staff were helpful. Overall, it’s a nice Panda Express.“
“This place clean, quick and efficient. The portions were good. The service was good but not very personable. They were not real busy but the customer flow was steady. Prices were reasonable for what you paid. Food was good. The orange chicken was a little dry or over cooked. Everything was a good and a reasonable priced dinner. There are tables but no chairs and eating inside the restaurant? Too bad it wasn’t a drive through?“
“Felt compelled to write this review because as a Panda Express frequenter, this has BY FAR the best quality food. Never tasted the sesame chicken so crispy and flavorful. It felt …cleaner. Same for the rest of the dishes, they had a much more elevated flavor and texture than at the other Panda Express places I’ve been. Also the people were super nice and accommodating, I remember one guys name, Paul, and the nice lady offered to make me some more chow mein although they were 10 minutes before closing. I’ll be definitely doing this Panda Express only moving forward. Bar: raised. ❤️“
