“This is a small spot to feed your Panda Express craving. I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken and Chow Mein Bowl with the sauce poured on top. The chicken was good as it usually is at most locations. The Chow Mein was alright; however, it had a little more veggies than noodles than what I had wanted. I prefer more noodles. The service was quick as someone is standing by the counter with a friendly greeting as you walk in. I also like how you can sample any item before you choose. I'm all for donating to a good cause. It's just that when they ask me to donate when I'm paying for my food, I always feel bad when I decline. They offer both bottled and fountain drinks. The prices are reasonable. The small dining area is clean and the location is nice right in the middle of City Center Oakland. I had a pleasant experience while dining here and will definitely come back.“

“The Chinese girl that was serving us was very stingy with the food in fact she didn't even fill up the spoon that they used to monitor or to dish out the food I just felt that she was really stingy and I won't be going back to this location.“
