“Really good burger for cheap with excellent service. They always have a long queue but they get through it fast, and they maintain their excellent service. They thought of all the details: car tray, sheet, to go bag, etc… whatever you need to eat that burger comfortably, they thought about it! Highly recommended.“

“We couldn’t find it at first with google map directions and were about to leave. It’s actually behind the gas station. We tried beef and chicken doners and were amazing! They were huge even though we ordered regular size. Definitely recommend this place!“

“This is one of my favorite fast food spots! I feel that my order has always been correct and they've always been generous with how much stuff goes into a taco. Also, as others say, the lobby does close at some point (not sure when) but they'll still serve you through the drive through even if you don't have a car and just walk through it, lol. Nice people

I want to note that as a vegetarian, if I want to try a new item sometimes I have to swap the meat for potatoes and it always makes me nervous about it they'll notice the swap or not. I've never had a problem with that at this taco bell. I always check my food before eating and they've always been on point! 😊“

“I don't eat Taco Bell as much as I like it because the nearest location is the boondocks but this location is near the library. Location, location, location. And the Santa Clara library is nicer than the Sunnyvale library. I always dine in.“

“Well, I almost thought a giant, crazy homeless woman was going to attack me. She was yelling, banging things and came close to me and started mean mugging me. I just ignored her and waited for my food and she wandered to the other side of room. Then I got my food and I could see and here her coming again aggressively, then she got close to me and I looked at her totally relaxed with no fear, so then she changed it up and politely asked If I could help her with some food and said she was having a really hard time lately. Long story somewhat short, I ended up buying her a meal plus a side eggroll and chocolate shake and told her to have a good day. She was very happy and appreciative. Seems a lot of homeless congrugate here but the service and food was ok.“

“The triple burger I was quite tasty although patties appeared smaller than the old days but that's more of a sign of the times with beef rather than this particular restaurant. There is plenty of room for dining. The drinks were unlimited refills with my value meal. They also take EBT at this location and for a homeless guy like myself it really works out great. My order was over 30 dollars and still it was ready very fast. I went through drive-thru a week earlier also was a good experience. We got plenty of ketchup and they also granted 2 free ranchs upon request. It was also quite convenient there's a Lucky's in the same parking lot. I definitely be trying out this location again when I'm in the area.“

“I went through the drive thru during my lunch hour. Service was quick, but I was disappointed with my order....as I ordered an Angus burger, which tasted like a plain, single patty burger. Not happy with the burger. The chocolate cake was delicious and moist! Yum!“

“Our first visit. It was a very enjoyable breakfast. Perfect for meeting an old friend and their family. Quick and friendly service. Great menu with some excellent omelet combinations. Some excellent flavorful lunguica and chorizo. I couldn't have ran out of coffee if I tried.“

“Thank you employees at Pollo Loco in Santa Clara for taking care and being so kind to my dad 'Jerry' who was so a customer every couple of days for his "classic burrito" that he enjoyed so much and said was nutritional for him. “Its a sports bar with wings! We were there Saturday night and a UFC fight was on the screens. Able to have conversation and enjoy our wings. Smoke eaters makes great wings. We had quite a variety between the 5 of us. There was a plate of lemon pepper tenders, Atomic wings, Buffalo wings, a chicken tenders wrap, a plate of lemon pepper wings and parmesan wings and a couple of baskets of fries. As advertised good wings and great food. plenty of screens so you can sit on any side of a table and see the fight. Bet its great here on a college or NFL football day.“

“OMG!!! You must try this place. Soooo many options to customize your pizza, unlimited toppings. Great place to take kids- they get to choose their pizza top and see how it’s baked.
You must try the no name cake. My kids really like this place.“

“Low Carb wrapped in Lettuce are always the best. And there self serve soda fountains always have Ice, unlike McDonald's who decided there customers don't need it. And they don't offer Lettuce wraped burgers. Yes Carl's always beats McDonald.“
