While the food is good, the customer service is almost not there
Online pickup orders stopped at 9pm, entrance stopped by 930pm.. cutlery was not given with the order and when you stop by at the desk, no one even look at you.. you literally have to call out someone to get a pair of forks

This is one of my favorite fast food spots! I feel that my order has always been correct and they've always been generous with how much stuff goes into a taco. Also, as others say, the lobby does close at some point (not sure when) but they'll still serve you through the drive through even if you don't have a car and just walk through it, lol. Nice people
