I’ll probably avoid this Panda Express location in the future. The Asian lady serving me gave me a noticeably smaller portion, probably only about 60-75% of what I normally get at other Panda Express locations. It honestly wasn’t enough for a meal. And yes, I’m Asian too, and in fact, I’m probably from the same country as her. 😅
Update: A manager reached out to me directly and gave a very positive and thoughtful response. They took my concerns seriously and let me know they’ll be working with the team on additional training, especially around customer service and mobile order verification. I really appreciate the way this was handled and feel much better about the situation now.
