“Ordered ahead of time commuting from east bay to San Jose food was ready by the time I got off freeway. Chicken was fresh and crispy! Great if you're ordering for big family dinner because Safeway & Lucky's are always sold out.“
“Nice spot to get some KFC fried chicken and other food. They have a lot of seating available to dine in and have kid's chairs available also. We did take out this time and will come back to dine in some time soon. Service is quick. And overall ambiance is nice. Overall a good pit stop during shopping or grocery runs.“
“The KFC 2 Blocks from our house on South King rd, the combination Taco Bell KFC cheated us on the $20.00 fill up. So instead we drove 3 miles to another one one on Monterey Rd near Capitol. The service was excellent, the food was excellent quality and the order was complete. This will be our new KFC well worth the drive!“

“1. Service - definitely 5 stars. The lady who I believe is the manager rocks. Professional, nice and overall, a delight to chat with. Very communicative too. Our fries weren't ready and she told us that they were just waiting on the fries and my family and I get freshly cooked fries. Food was quick overall. 2. Food - it's KFC. Not some Gordon Ramsey fried chicken joint. Thankfully this KFC chicken and dishes weren't as salty as others I've been to in the past. Got the 8 piece meal, crispy chicken and it was good. 3. Cleanliness - place is clean which made it comfortable. Soda machine buttons wasn't sticky like most places, even though I was just getting water. The booths and table were clean with no bread or chicken crumbs. I've been to the KFC off of King and Tully before and would say, avoid that place. I'd take the extra time to come here versus that area and place. The main reason is due to all of the above but the service is what other KFC's and fast food joints should set their bar too.“
“The services always top-notch at this KFC. The young staff are courteous and professional, and the person who helped me was patient as I made my selection. I took the food home, and everything was great; my chicken sandwich was crispy and fresh, the roll was good and I enjoyed the sides as well. Thank you for your service KFC.“
“I come Here often and they always get my order right. I only go through drive thru. They seem to struggle to hear me through the speaker buts it's not a big deal. The lines can get really long so I sometimes have to wait. Not much tho. The food is always fresh and they take the time to repeat the order back. When paying however, they always seem to be short on change so try bringing some coins. I don't mind not getting like 15 cents back but the car in front of me was arguing over two cents. The staff is friendly too. I like coming back. They basically know my order already. Would recommend“
“Finally a KFC that gets its right consistently. The food is fresh, hot and delicious. Not all KFCs in this area have maintained the basic standards and are content to serve old, greasy, long gone chicken and nuggets but not your location. Bravo I plan to visit again soon even though I live 8 miles away“
“I have had a bad experience at this location before. I didn't come back for months.Total change. Fast service, my order was accurate, the lady doing cashier was also directing the workers. Will be back again. Almost stopped coming here but my recent visit changed that ty!“

“It's a great KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) and TACO BELL restaurant to stop by and get some delicious food for individual and group parties. I love the three piece drumsticks and thighs fried chicken meal combo with big bowls of mashed potatoes/gravy & coleslaw, biscuit, and soft drink. I also love the taco combo meals. I always visited this place when I went to the San Jose Municipal Rose Garden. The staff of this restaurant are very nice and professional. The dining area and kitchen area are very clean. The restroom is very clean as well and provided the towels.“
