27 Best Chicken Restaurants in San Jose

“Excellent service, amazing and delicious food. Highly recommended!“

“The food and staff were great. But I had to pay $2 for a small thing of ranch. 🫠 like…. Seriously lol“

“It's my first time coming here. Street parking or paid parking lot only. Outdoor and indoor dining. Limited seating inside. Their menu is simple and yet offers enough choices for customers. I love the amount of craft beer choices. I'm glad they support a local craft brewery.

I ordered their No. 1 Hot Chicken Nashville Style Sandwich with fries. I was not disappointed at all. The chicken was crispy in the outside and juicy in the inside. The spiciness was perfect for me. Their fries were thick and well done.

The only thing that needs to improve is the hospitality of the cashier. She seemed like she had a long day based on her flat affect. She did not welcome customers coming in or checked if they liked their food. Other than that, this place rocks!“

“I was visiting the area for work and decided to try the Korean fried chicken. The Soy Garlic chicken was excellent and tasted just like the chicken I used to have in Korea. I ordered the sauce on the side so it would stay crispy, and it was definitely the right choice. Friendly staff, a clean restaurant, and a great overall experience. I’ll definitely be back if I’m in the area again.“

“I’ve always loved Jollibee because it’s more than fried chicken—it’s a little taste of home. The juicy, crispy Chickenjoy, the familiar flavors, and that warm Filipino hospitality have always taken me straight down memory lane to the Philippines. 🇵🇭❤️ That’s why it’s disappointing to see the San Antonio location slowly lose what makes Jollibee special. Lately, the service feels disorganized and slow, the quality seems inconsistent, and that warm Filipino welcome and atmosphere seem to be disappearing. On my most recent visit, I even received only 5 pieces of chicken when I ordered 6. Jollibee shouldn’t feel like just another busy fast-food chain. The Filipino warmth, hospitality, pride, and quality are part of the brand—and just as important as the Chickenjoy. I’m sharing this not simply to complain, but because we love Jollibee and want this location to do better. Please bring back the quality, organization, and unmistakable Filipino spirit that made us fall in love with Jollibee in the first place. We want our Jollibee back. 🇵🇭🐝❤️“

“AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! My wife and I have never been to a Dave's Hot chicken. Jay and Jared made it an amazing experience. The food was amazing. I had the mike hot honey wing bites and they were sooooo good. The restaurant was clean and very friendly staff. Definitely coming back to try some more food🤤🤤
A+++ Service!!“

“Been here 3 times so far and it's always amazing. Love the Thai Basil Chicken, Kao Mun Gai, Chicken Wings, and the Crab Fried Rice. The yellow curry is excellent too.

And the Mango Sticky Rice is a must for dessert.

Brian is fantastic at customer service as well. Ask him for drink recommendations; especially coffee.

Highly recommend!“

“Made it on opening day! Busy but moves quickly! Great kids play area!“

“what makes this unique is that it's HALAL and tastes sooooo clean and fresh. i love it“

“Loved the food!! First time“

“The angry fry’s is my go to with the medium heat 💯🔥🔥“

“I am a very picky person when it comes to choosing where I eat. It has to be clean and feel comfortable to eat from. I absolutely love this place! The food is so delicious and fresh. I will continue to from here as long as nothing changes. It's clean and even though I've been there when it's packed, the line moves along pretty good!! Employees are friendly as well, my opinion. I recommend Krispy Krunchy Chicken! ❤️“

“I door dashed this, will say the food is great for my liking, everything tasted freshly made. The Sauce hits! Both the orange Peri and the garlic ranch. Did the family combo meal more than enough food for 2 people. Will definitely have it again.“

“You can enjoy with krisspy Nashville hot chicken also Mac n cheese coleslaw as well“

“$7 for this huge burger. Saad is amazing. Super welcoming. Food is halal. Please keep this place the same in terms of prices, food quality and portions and I’ll keep coming and supporting your business. The only thing I would keep the kitchen a little cleaner. But totally recommend!“

“I love this place. Good hot food. Extremely clean. Fast and efficient with both walk-in and drive thru.
Walls have fun facts and are entertaining. Bathroom is ADA compliant and always clean.
Employees are attentive and when they aren't taking orders, they are restocking and cleaning. I love the staff, they know my usual and always say hi or ask me how I have been, things like that. I always feel important there.
They have a huge volumn of GrubHub and Uber eats. All the drivers seem satisfied that the orders are fufilled properly. I am not a big fan of the self order machine so I appreciate that they take care of me at the register. Plenty of seating with freshly wiped down tables and benches. Food is good quality and consistant. Employees uniforms are always neat and clean.
I give them 5 stars for the great service, it makes all the difference in the world. Caring shows that the people there love working there. I love this place.“
