The food is consistently good and fresh. The staff are very polite and provide quick service. I came here on monday and there was a manager wearing a white shirt who was very courteous. She even got the door for me when I was entering and leaving. This is definitely the best CFA in San Jose, and maybe the best I've ever been to.
I went to this location with my 13 month old. After I had ordered and sat down, a lovely employee named Johnny came over to ask if I needed anything. I asked if they had booster seats or highchairs for kiddos. Not only did he go grab me a highchair, but he also brought a plastic playmat that sticks to the table. One of the best fast food options out there. I'm a bit too health conscious to be hitting up burger joints or other nasty fast food spots, so chicken and salads that are decent are perfect. They still put love into the food and I'm very thankful for that. Also the kids love the nuggies. When I'm feeling a little naughty I'll go for the fries (or hash browns in the morning) with some chick fila sauce. It's pretty good!
