One of the best fast food options out there. I'm a bit too health conscious to be hitting up burger joints or other nasty fast food spots, so chicken and salads that are decent are perfect. They still put love into the food and I'm very thankful for that. Also the kids love the nuggies. When I'm feeling a little naughty I'll go for the fries (or hash browns in the morning) with some chick fila sauce. It's pretty good!
The food is consistently good and fresh. The staff are very polite and provide quick service. I came here on monday and there was a manager wearing a white shirt who was very courteous. She even got the door for me when I was entering and leaving. This is definitely the best CFA in San Jose, and maybe the best I've ever been to.

I went to this location with my 13 month old. After I had ordered and sat down, a lovely employee named Johnny came over to ask if I needed anything. I asked if they had booster seats or highchairs for kiddos. Not only did he go grab me a highchair, but he also brought a plastic playmat that sticks to the table. It made it so much easier to give my baby little bites of food that he could pick up on his own.Kid-friendliness: The indoor playground is on the smaller side, but my little man loved it!

There are a couple of chick-fil-as in the neighboring cities..they are all the same concept when it comes to food, but they all differ because of SERVICE. This location when it comes to service is pretty much slim to almost nonexistent. I came in at 2:30pm on a weekday(Wednesday 3/20/24)and the first thing I notice is - there’s four workers behind the counter and one customer already in front of me. I’m standing there and the employees are not even approaching the first customer to help him. The four employees are running around as if to avoid helping him. 2. Understanding that every store has their own rules. I feel customer’s request should be honored even if employees don’t want to - I’m referring to when customers ask employees for a soda refill from their sitting location. (SUNNYVALE’S CHICK-FIL-A goes by this rule every time) (they never fail on this part).3. One of the older employees (older gentleman) was the only employee who came up to my table and ask if I needed anything and was friendly. The rest of the store employees - not only do they not acknowledge the customer, when they walk by they pretend they don’t see the customer when they’re waving at them for help. Other than this - the food quality is not as good compared to the other locations.

This was just a mistake. But I guess you deserve it for putting a popup and in the middle of my driving directions map while I was driving.While I was driving this pop up appeared and there was no obvious place to close the popup, so i just click on "one" star for interrupting my driving directions while I was driving. I had no idea what I was rating, but it was the only way I saw to make the intrusive popup go away.
