Service is pretty good. The guy explained the spice level really well to me and I decided to go with 5 since I have an above average heat resistance taste buds.The chicken is one big juicy piece. The only thing I would improve is the breading. I like crunchy crust in general and it would make the chicken even bigger.Level 5 is what I would consider a perfect choice at the moment, but after an hour later I think I could handle level 6. Got the 2pc chicken tenders from their truck - comes with 2 big tenders, potato wedges and a dip. Freshly fried tenders were well seasoned and juicy. They lived up to the nashville hot chicken branding on the truck. Went for the level 4 out of 7 spice levels. It was perfectly hot ?

Best hot chicken place I've found so far! Always get the loaded fries or the texas toast sandwich. Sad that they recently started using nuggets instead of tenders for their loaded fries but still really good. Would say they're a 8.5/10 with the nuggets and 9.5/10 with the tenders.
