Often this store cannot honor the local coupon discount as it is not a "participating store". Several times I have walked in there between 6-8pm they only had extra crispy chicken which was ultra greasy. I've been eating at KFC stores every once in a while for a lifetime what I got here is not up to par with other stores. The staff try to accommodate you if convenient. Not likely to return. I'll seek out another store.
picked up lunch for the kids at kfc today. had a lovely experience. the nice lady in the parking lot took our order. she was quite helpful, patient and kind. then my food was out in like 30 seconds. brought the food home and it was exactly what i've expected. we've all had kfc, we know what to expect. and i got exactly that. the kids were happy, the biscuits were fresh, and i threw some popcorn chicken on a salad i made.

I have had a bad experience at this location before. I didn't come back for months.Total change. Fast service, my order was accurate, the lady doing cashier was also directing the workers. Will be back again. Almost stopped coming here but my recent visit changed that ty!
