“OkThe kindest smiling young man with the name Erjuan. I watched him before I was lucky enough for him to wait on me.He was buoyant and kind to the person before me and did not hiccup with me. Even bumped a fist with me, am old bald guy, when I correctly pronounced his name.As I waited mist the other staff were stressed, grumpy but all were doing their best. Erjuan's smile and cool kindnesses to everyone made my visit extremely worthwhile. The good, eh. Was taco bell... Was fine.People who spread kindness like Erjuan I the face of and in spite of and probably never considered any reason really, except to be kind. To be himself. He deserves 5 stars and my thank you.“
“Visited 8/7/23 had the 3 piece was perfectly fried, moist and battered. This place does fried chicken best in SF like in years past when KFC's pride themselves back in the 70's. Who ever prep the chicken and fried knows what they are doing, keep them with encouragement. The best KFC in all of SF!! Much better then Popeye's with small little chickens they use.“
“I was just at this KFC/taco bell locationon Eddy st and noticed how busy it was And how well everyone were working very hard together including the manager working right beside his employees making it look flawless. Just wanted to thank everyone of employees and manager and that you were noticed even Ray Charles could have seen that thank you very much“
“5 stars for Paulette with the pink hair. She went well out of her way to help me to figure out how to order one of the specials that were apparently only offered if ordering from online. She still managed to serve several customers with ease (as she was also helping me with the website glitch) that were coming through during the process. Otherwise, had I ordered the same box from the counter, it would have cost me $5 more! She went above and beyond what is considered good customer service. I can only imagine how any people that come through everyday with the same issue. Paulette is fantastic.“
