This is the KFC that handles most of the mobile orders in SF; they are optimized for high throughput but do not care about individual orders. I've had my app-based order messed up (typically missing an item) a handful of times, and they do not seem to have an adequate supply of the recently released hot wings (though you may not find out until your order arrives with it missing). Dissappointing.

I was just at this KFC/taco bell locationon Eddy st and noticed how busy it was And how well everyone were working very hard together including the manager working right beside his employees making it look flawless. Just wanted to thank everyone of employees and manager and that you were noticed even Ray Charles could have seen that thank you very much

Customer service is hit and miss at this location. Unfortunately this morning your staff was a miss. I didn't order anything once finding out my preference was online only. If I see him(them) again and the service is poor, I'll go out of my way to buy something so I can leave feedback online. Then you should check your cashier by name. When a customer says "good morning" please respond with similar. I know most people aren't as courtesy to you so appreciate it next time.
