“Nice people that work at this location. We had some of the VERY BEST chicken tonight!!! We also tried the new Nashville chicken, and loved that too! Highly recommend trying it if you enjoy SPICY… we will definitely be making this a weekly stop for us.“

“Mariana was great!! Helped me set up the app and was informative with some of the new additions. The chicken pieces are still the size of Cornish game hens (nothing new there 🙄) and was very disappointed with the potato poppers and apple pie poppers. Not enough apple pie filling, and the 5 (not 6 as advertised) potatoes were dry and puffless.“

He had the best smile and customer service I’ve experienced in a long time in fast food. The food was great and came out fast I will definitely be coming back to this store.“

“Im a very picky eater but this food was actually really good! The chicken was very crispy when I received it and the biscuits were warm and buttery! The employees were polite and provided excellent customer service. My order was accurate, and the wait time was very short. Great food, great service, and great value. Highly recommend!“

“Very clean and very fast. However, the chicken tenders were under crispy. And they ran out of straws. What? You ran out of STRAWS? Made it hard for a car ride meal, but we managed. Also super late to the game, but I’m super sad about the absence of the spicy chicken wings.ALSO OMG how prices have gone up. 3 tenders meal was $11.99. 3 tenders a la carte was $8. Lordy, $21 for all this!“

“Yesterday I stopped by the KFC at 3551 Bradshaw Rd and bought 16 pieces, but they forgot to add a small fries to my order. I called the store today and Antonio's assistant manager answered. He told me to come to the store and he would replace it. When I got to the store, he replaced it and gave me a chocolate cake. I really liked Antonio's service.“
