“If I’m in the mood for Pho or a Banh mi, this is the first place I head to. The broth of the pho is rich, flavorful and has clearly been simmering for hours. The Banh mi are made with the correct crunchy French bread, giving you a real substantial sandwich to wrap your lips around. The vegetables are always super fresh and crunchy too.”

“We went for after dinner cocktails to celebrate a friends birthday. I made a reservation ahead of time, but they book up early, so reserve early. I did need a better time and called and they were able to accommodate us and made the change. Super glad I called and asked. Cocktails are really good. The atmosphere is great. It’s dark, quiet, romantic. We all had a version of an espresso martini. One had a regular one, which came with a toasted marshmallow. She loved it. The rest of us had a special that was a pumpkin flavored espresso martini. It was so good. It had some sweetness with the crème, delicious pumpkin flavored espresso martini oh so good! Cocktails run about $20-$22 each. Not much for food here. They had caviar, chips, nuts, and Something else. We did not order food.
I would recommend it to try at least once. Great date night cocktail, great for a friend meet up.”

“Truly, I do not enjoy writing bad reviews but based on what happened tonight it is warranted. My two allergy kids wanted some pizza, it needs to be gluten free and dairy free. We called them we spoke to two different people at the restaurant they said that's totally okay, we will charge you 18, we're going to do the kids pizza for the allergies needed. When we drove all the way to pick it up for dinner ,they said sorry we tried to call you and tell you but we're going to charge you $50 because we have to make it large. First of all I checked my phone no one called us. They called someone else. Which really shows how unorganized the restaurant is. And second of all they had absolutely no remorse. Espically the manager. In the end I refuse to pay for something that I was lied to. And I feel like they should have still honored the price due to what they told us. It's not my fault that nobody knows what to do there. And it's affecting the customers. I hope the owner and others reads this and teaches his staff to not punish the customer for their own negligence. It just makes me think what else do they do? this is the los gatos location.”

The food is consistently excellent, especially their pasta. The gnocchi is honestly one of the best I’ve had across the Bay Area - perfectly cooked, rich, and super satisfying. Their pizzas are just as impressive: well-cooked, flavorful, and made with great ingredients. Dessert panna cotta was a great way to end the meal.

What really stands out is the service. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. I once called in because I was running late for my reservation, and they happily adjusted it by 15 minutes without any hassle. They’re always courteous and go out of their way to make your experience great, including accommodating small customizations to suit your preferences.

The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it a place you’ll want to come back to again and again. On top of that, the pricing feels very reasonable for the quality of food and service you get.

We had The Pickle, The Abbott, The French dip to name a few, which were all loaded with ingredients, and made to everyone's liking. “Missy was amazing. We went wine tasting on Monday 2/9. We had a reservation at 4pm (the location closes at 5pm). When we got there our 3month old had a some needs (say food before mommy drinks and let’s just say an urgent outfit change was needed). Missy not only gave us a great private room to feed but also stayed in later to give us an amazing tasting experience. She was knowledgable about the wine and gave us a taste of some other wines that were open. As for the quality of the wine lets just say I bought 3 bottles of wine and 2 where white wine and Im not even a white wine drinker (for reference I have over 250 bottles in my cellar). “We were going to a movie next door so we stopped in to have a glass of wine and a Negroni. Decided to order the Fresh Onion Bread with marinara and to us it's very craveable! We met Geoff the manager who also served us and told him that we'd be back for dinner after the movie. We sat at the bar and it's the first time that I've ever seen an ice bar.
Ordered the Baked Eggplant Mostaccioli plus Spaghetti with Meatballs. Both dishes were really good! Geoff came over and greeted us. Our bartender Ainslee was really nice and attentive.”

Presentation, flavor, and attentiveness of staff made the experience fantastic. We nibbled our way through a lunch of Salmon, Tuna tacos, Burrata bowl (with avocado!), Beef Wellington, all with a lovely sparkling wine. We enjoyed our meal in the outdoor patio, though we loved the interior of the restaurant, too, with its small market and warm, welcoming feel. We will definitely come back.”

“I recently visited Petal’s Creamery on Saturday, May 2nd at around 10:50 p.m., and I can honestly say it’s some of the best ice cream I’ve had in the U.S. I tried the hazelnut and saffron flavors, while my friend went for the baklava flavor—and every single one was incredible. The saffron, in particular, stood out as one of the best I’ve ever tasted. What made the experience even more memorable was the service. We walked in about 10 minutes before closing, and the girl at the counter (she was wearing glasses—sorry I didn’t catch her name) was absolutely amazing. She welcomed us warmly, encouraged us to try different flavors, and had such a friendly, genuine conversation with us. Her smile and positive demeanor, especially so close to closing time, really stood out. It’s a true example of exceptional customer service. I recommend the kimchi & cheese hot stone pot (it is topped with pork and a fried egg on top) and is big enough for two to share. The sizzling hot stone pot makes the rice crispy and melts the cheese into a delicious combination. For appetizer I recommend the seafood pancake - crispy, flavorful, not overly greasy. The price is similar to other Korean restaurants but in my opinion the quality and ambiance is slightly better here. Very pleased and would come again for dinner! We dined indoors but they do have a nice outdoor dining area in front too”
